NW Self Storage is a quick and easy place to store your goods. Paying for my unit was easy and access is even easier. Hannah was a huge help and even showed me to my unit and gave me all the information I needed.

At this facility, HANNA, was prompt on opening at 10 o’clock. She was very pleasant and dressed very nicely, she was very good at communication and happy to talk and always had a smile on her face. She did not rush me or try to sell me anything I didn’t need. She, in fact, tried to save me money, and that is always appreciated in this day and time. This place is very professional and clean inside and out. The storage yard had no debris or garbage laying around like some. I’ve seen at 122nd Ave. I would highly recommend this facility to any individual or business that is wanting to secure their stuff.

We’re so pleased with Hannah. She’s professional, but still friendly. We pulled up to our storage unit, and she’s out sweeping the grounds. The place is clean and well kept. She’s good at her job, she even made sure to let me know about a price increase coming up the next month. I appreciate her helpfulness. Everyone would be blessed to have her as an employee. She’s a sweet lady!

The manager is with the @#$& zero Terrance for nonsense, definitely patrols the compound. But not nosey and aren't all weird about shutting your door a little for privacy I thought that was really cool. I know other places have been weird about this in the past.

Sherri at this facility was a wonderful help to me. I ordered the wrong size unit and she quickly helped me get into the correct size inside so my stuff isn’t in the elements. I was having a bad day on move in and she was empathetic and very good to work with. Keep up the great work Sherri, you’re an asset to NW Storage!!!

Very convenient for us as we only live 1.3 miles away. Unit has plenty of room as to what we needed. Slider door could use some adjustment,as it comes down freely (About 12" )when u first open it. I have hit the top of my head a couple of times, but otherwise we are content with unit. Thanks, Tom And Carla

I watched this facility struggle a little but they pulled out nicely. I had my stuff there for a few years, at first there was some tweaky fella behind the desk was just a little inappropriate. Then IF i saw someone it was never the same person & rarely could i get anyone on the phone unless it was an out of area answering service. However! It is clean and the price is right and now Sherri is holding the front desk down consistently and i like that. 👍

I was suppose to move to my new apartment last week but the housing authority hadn't been out to inspect the unit. After having my stuff in a U Haul for four days it was decided that storage was the best option. CSNW is paying my moving costs and I showed up, short notice with a company check and the staff gracefully sifted through the craziness and got me into a unit with no hassle at all. I am so grateful CSNW chose this company. The woman in the office was so nice, patient, and professional. Thank you!!

I work for Speeds Towing of Vancouver, I deal with lots of customers and businesses alike. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Laura and I must say her customer service skills went above and beyond... She was beyond friendly and very informative to the questions I had about storage auctions as well as generalized rentals for the units. The office was clean and the grounds looked while taking care of in the event I need storage I know exactly where my first stop is going to be thank you Laura for a pleasurable experience.

When you need to store stuff, definitely store with these guys. Friendly staff usually and safe storage of your stuff. Moving trucks at start of service available.

The one on Hwy 99 behind firestone is awesome. Doc is a hoot and will keep you entertained for hours.

The guy who is there every day provides awesome customer service and is always super willing to help. Prices are great too.
