This place is amazing. Very clean and the staff is always available to help and answer your questions. I have rented at other storage facilities, and I will say this, you get what you pay for. I wish I had found this place sooner!

The staff is the most kind hearted, and amazing people you could meet. So easy to talk to and very caring of their customers. I have owned a unit there for about 6 months now and I wouldn't recommend spending your money anywhere else, but here. Every part of the unit's are taken care of and the building is well cleaned. Never had any issues.

This is to applaud associate, Terri, for her positive attitude, knowledge of company policies. Has you leaving with a nice experience feeling. I would be for giving her a raise in pay.

Great experience renting a unit. Nice and simple easy to rent online. Can fill out all your documents via email. Have to purchase cylinder lock inside unless you have one or buy one online. I like thus option because your unit is more secure rather than traditional lock. Thank you

Our rental was fast and easy. The clerk helped us by showing us the different sized spaces and patiently answered all of our questions to help us pick the right unit for us. Thanks for making it easy!

I called customer service because I was confused about the hours. Laura was very professional and explained why I might be confused without making me feel ignorant. She helped me over the phone to secure a unit and all of the necessary items to store my belongings securely. I rented from your company because the customer service from the help desk was so good. I recently had decided to rent from another company but after meeting with their site manager I decided to take my business elsewhere. We are the customer and without us then there is no business. Good to be renting from a company that understands that or at least Laura does. She is a gem so I suggest keeping her as one of your customer service representatives or maybe better you might want her to be a training officer or supervisor.

Excellent customer service. Plenty of equipment like dollies, carts etc., right by the door. The smallness of the facility is a plus I think.

Would have been 5 if they had later hours, otherwise great.

It was a good place for me when I bought my van, but can't work on it due to liability concerns. So will be moving on to another next year

Very secure and good prices but they have a really small parking lot. Also has really nice inside units.

Prices are reasonable, units are pretty nice, but most of all the staff is the nicest and most helpful of any storage place I've dealt with. There is a woman who works there (I don't recall her name) but she is always very pleasant. The company just sold apparently so I don't know how that's going to change things but they would be smart to keep her.
