Next to Sawyer Park and Sun Mountain Fun Center, this location serves Boyd Acres on the north side of Bend. There’s also an IHOP down the street when you need to refuel.
This location has a Supply Depot nearby and several other building supply stores. It’s also very close to Bend Senior High School and, if you’ve just arrived, a Motel 6.
This location is across the street from the Crux Fermentation Project. There’s also a Family Choice Urgent Care nearby, should the need arise.
Our 4th location is just down the road from the OSU-Cascades Graduate Research Center. It’s also close to the Deschutes River, making it ideal for raft and rafting gear storage. Riverbend Park is nearby also for a nice walk along the Deschutes.
More centrally located, our 5th Northwest facility is close to several restaurants. They include Cascade West Grub & Alehouse, Kevista Coffee, and McDonald’s. So close to the Deschutes River, it’s also a great location to store rafting, boating, and fishing gear.
If you’re an Oregon State University/Cascades student, you’ll be glad to know that two Northwest locations are very close. They would be our # 4 and #5 locations. Both would serve you well if you needed to store your stuff during your next semester break. (Or your upcoming trip abroad to study!)
Of course, you can use any of our five self-storage locations in Bend, OR, no problem. The same can is true for students attending Cascade Culinary Institute. However, our #1 location at 62939 N Hwy 97 is closest to your fine institution.
Things to Do in Bend, OR
If you haven’t guessed it yet, this is where Bend truly shines! If snow-filled days on the slopes are your thing, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area is minutes away. Skiing, snowboarding, and all the fun and excitement that go with them await you there. But, if seeing incredible, natural wonders is your jam, Lava River Cave is a can’t miss location. It’s a massive lava tube over 5200 feet long, ready to be explored!
Bend also offers the Les Schwab Amphitheatre on the banks of the lovely Deschutes River. It’s in the historic Mill District and holds 8000 spectators. They also host various musical acts every year. (Free concerts in central Oregon’s pristine, serene location? Yes, please!) There’s also the Deschutes National Forest to explore. And for your sweet tooth, Goody’s Chocolate and Ice Cream Factory. (Their tours are phenomenal!)
