I needed a short term garage for my motorcycle during a trip. The initial phone call to rent was easy, and a follow up call with the onsite manager proved he was very accommodating. Check in and check out were easy.

Not only helped me get an appropriate sized unit for my particular needs, but did it quickly AND helped me out AGAIN by pointing me in the direction of how to (in a few months) get my storage moved completely across the country. The facilities are clean, secure, and my interior unit is actually very well lit by the hallway lighting. Signed up yesterday, moving some of my packed belongings over today!

Great service, easy to use the facility. I had an issue paying over the mobile website, but it could have been that I was trying to rent it the day before my move in date. Worked fine on a computer when the dates matched up.

Really were pretty easy to deal with. At some point I had my card stolen and cancelled the card and forgot to put a new one the autopay account with them. They were good and polite on the follow up. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Also as the closest facility to Bend you save $50-60 a month for the drive up there.

Great facility and customer service, but they sent me a rent increase notice to begin after three months. I was advised they review rents every three months, so I'd recommend this company for three months or less, but not long term.

Nice units and signing up was easy, BUT they have raised the prices three times in the one year I’ve been there. Now $100 MORE than when I moved in.

Caleb at the front desk is so cordial! I had a mess of accounting stuff to unravel for 5 different units and his persistence was the only thing that solved it.

When I arrive at NW Storage in Redmond they informed me my husband had not paid for the unit that I was expecting to put “my house” in. BUT they were SO gracious. Found me a unit blew out the debris & I was good to go. Anita was so wonderful because she could tell I was a bit distraught. It all worked out with their help.

Customer service was great. Super smooth and transparent transaction from start to finish. HOWEVER - They are rather "Optimistic" on their storage unit size - advertised a "12x40" unit, which in reality, is a 11 1/4 x 39. You may think I'm nit-picking here, but some of us have specific requirements (like being able to plan for what goes into storage)

Absolutely where you want to rent uhaul equipment from. I’ve rented from them twice now. They saved my bacon this weekend when a closer uhaul location in Bend dropped the ball on my reservation. Storage Central got me set with the trailer I needed and even let me know that I was able to rent it for a full day for the same price as my original 6 hour reservation.

This is the local U-Haul franchise with vast accommodations for U-Boxes as well as many storage units of varying sizes. Helpful, friendly employees. Best to phone 48 hours in advance to arrange for accessing your U-Boxes. Very easy access just off Highway 97.

I have my stuff stored here. It costs about the same as other storage units in the area. I chose Storage Central because it has nice outdoor units. I mean that before I had a unit at another place that I had to go in the building and walk down a long hallway to get to my unit. It was hard for me to haul things out and in.. like my winter and summer tires. At Storage Central I can pull right up to my unit and it's much easier to just pull things out quickly and into my car or truck.

Offered many different options for storage. In my case I was looking for a cheap place to park my trailer. I got an enclosed gravel lot that charged by the foot. Besides the fence and special lock there was no security. For the low price I was paying I was very satisfied.
