We had an excellent experience at this storage facility. We needed somewhere to put our stuff for a little while during our move and it was easy to rent, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. We loved the double ended unit with doors on each end. It made it cooler while we loaded and easy to get to things on the other side. The staff noticed we had moved out and called to check on us then helped us close our account. Wonderful service!

We were former customers, but chose to move out of our long time unit as a friend offered the use of a portion of his property for storage. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to again move our possessions. We stopped in and talked to Marc, very friendly and accommodating, rented a smaller unit and moved our possessions back into their facility. We highly recommend Marc and his storage facility.

I arrived at the Maple Ave location in Redmond and called the number on the door. I was called back immediately and he came and helped me rent out the unit I wanted. He was very helpful and honored a promo that I had seen online. He answered all my questions and opened the package for the lock I bought for me.

Good place to store my things, when my house was full.

My boyfriend and I have been storing stuff with them over a year and have been very satisfied. They never bother me when I spend time at my unit and mark has always been very nice to talk to and replaced light bulbs in my units as soon as i told him they were out.
