Good experience with this facility. The only suggestion would be to keep the hallway lights on more often. That are off most of my visits.
Journey, the manager here, is the sweetest human ever. She goes way above and beyond for everyone here. It’s weird how many other storage users I’ve talked to about how helpful and a happy presence she is. If there is ever a question it is responded to with kindness and genuine helpfulness. If there is an issue it’s handled immediately. I had an opportunity to get a bigger unit in quicker time than the waitlist here, but would be remiss if I didn’t get to pop in and just say hi to journey whenever I’m back from fighting wildfires, so I stayed.
Journey at the Industrial way location literally just made our day. She went above and beyond to help fix our mistake. Very upbeat and personable attitude! She mentioned the Area manager she was having to email was another locations as they don't have one right now Id highly recommend her for that promotion. 5 stars thoroughly earned!

Friendly, efficient, & clean…great storage facility!
Northwest Self Storage used to have an onsite manager. She was friendly and personable. Now they only have limited manager availability. Also the fence was taken down, gate removed and I do not feel that the location is safe and secure any longer. Lastly I keep getting emails for Raymond. I am not Raymond and I feel for the guy because they are putting your locker up for auction! I think you haven't been getting your notices.
We have rented several units here for nearly three years. We appreciate the responsive staff, clean facilities, and accurate billing. This has been a no hassle experience. The units seem priced fairly compared to other facilities in town. It's clean, quiet, and simple to come and go. Other tenants keep to themselves. Great job Journey! (She is the manager).
Absolutely amazing customer service, always friendly and never any issues with the storage unit or the area at all. Highly prefer this storage facility because of its location. The front desk is incredibly nice and occasionally accompanied by a friendly dog as well. Great experience.

I love nw self storage in bend and the location on century drive! They have been amazing and really work well with the customers ! If you go to the industrial way location ask for MILES! He was extremely helpful. Never had a better experience with a storage unit compared to portland these storage units are awesome! Definitely coming back when im in between moving!

I called to see about availability and spoke with Miles DeVore for a few minutes. He was an able to help me at the time but called around to some of the other Northwest Storage locations to see if he could locate what I needed. Unfortunately nothing was available at that time. Miles told me he would call me back if something came open. A day or two went by and he called me back and got me into a perfect storage unit. Miles was very professional and nice. The whole thing didn’t take long to get set up and going. I am very happy with my experience with Northwest Storage and would highly recommend them. Awesome service and very polite and friendly!

Have resided in 8 different states over a 30yr plus timespan. Kept storage unit(s) in each. The NW Self Storage facility on Columbia St in Bend remains beyond compare. The area is constantly maintained (no debris/trash) in a very secure neighborhood, a large and intelligently laid out footprint, and security itself top-notch. The facility is clean and easy to access. The manager was great to work with and honored the discount offered on the website even though his facility wasn't offering it.
The manager here is wonderful. We went through this location for our U-haul pick up and drop off Friday night. A lady named Niki was VERY rude about the situation we brought up... She had entered the incorrect gas amount when checking our U-haul in, which resulted in us being charged about $70 extra dollars. We had drove out to the location with the receipts and she had her dog inside who was barking at us the whole time, she was singing along to the music instead of talking to us, lied about her manager helping and refused to do anything. I decided to come back in Monday and chat with the manager who had helped us get the U-haul Friday and he quickly resolved the issue. Very unfortunate but very happy with how kind the manager was in helping take care of this.

Our move in experience at NW Self Storage couldn't have been better. Ashton was great upon arrival and gave us everything we needed. The units are spaced far enough a part to make driving a large Uhaul around corners easy. The units are well lit and clean.
