Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 12214 NE 117th Ave

We have used NW Self-Storage for our RV storage over the past couple of years and our experience has been great! In particular, we want to mention Beth. She is truly an asset and ambassador for NW Self-Storage and is excellent at customer care. We highly recommend NW Self-Storage because of Beth!

I initially wanted a storage unit and a covered parking for my new RV. I showed up in person after a short phone call and I was immediately helped with both of those things on the spot. Beth was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The parking spot was very clean and the storage unit was perfect.

This place is great. I used Northwest Self Storage for a year. Easy access, easy to make payments, the grounds were kept nice and the gal in the office was super nice. I would definitely recommend Northwest Self Storage!

We have employees in and out of this location almost every day and Beth (the property manager) has been extremely helpful. She has definitely gone above and beyond in making sure that we had an excellent customer experience! I've used other storage companies in the past and they've never been so willing to take time out of their day to help and make sure that we felt safe and comfortable with our choice a storage facility.

Muy útiles, por lo menos para mí, ya que cuando me estaba mudando, opte por rentar una bodega ahí, de 20 x 20 pies por 200 dlls al mes. Y poco a poco fui sacando mis cosas del departamento en el que vivía y un día antes del término de mi contrato ya solo saque mi colchón y no se me complicó nada la entrega incluso ya casi vacío el departamento, lo limpie bien y eso ayudó a que me regresarán el 90% de mi deposito. Ya después poco a poco fui sacando mis cosas del storage. Es un poco caro pero te ahorras problemas y presiones.

We started working with the NICE, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE people at Northwest Storage this year and our experience has been awesome. We have a Motor Home stored there and a storage shed,, they keep the place extremely clean and secured. I would and have recommended Northwest Storage based on our experience.
