Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 6212 NE 89th Street

This storage facility is wonderful. I have used many facilities in Clark county and this one is very good. Climate controlled, safe, gate is always working, management on site is super friendly and nice! Thanks so much!

This storage is a must for people on the go. I completed my application, move-in, and move-out details all online without speaking to a single person. I didn't have to wait for the hours to match mine, nor a call back. All communications took place via email and their website. For a person like me, this was hands down the best! The facility was always clean. They add small touches like door stoppers when you're loading and unloading. Brooms and trash cans for the small things like gum wrappers or drink containers are at the exits for your convenience. It has a keypad controlled entrance and exit for the customer's convenience. There is not a huge amount of space for turning a truck around, but if you went directionally through, you'd have no problems. This is my second time utilizing this facility, and it won't be my last.

I love the simplicity of this place. It's always very clean, which is a must in my opinion. Rhonda is amazing. She's extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the facility she runs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the ridiculous price hikes every 6 months or so. I've been storing here for going into a couple years now and I'm very upset to say that I might be looking for a different facility very soon. I just can't afford the prices that they are asking anymore.

Rhonda at 89th St NW Self Storage is the best... the facilities are always very clean and she is always very professional. The only negative about the facility is my rent goes up every six months and it's getting to the point where I may not be able to afford it if it keeps going up.

Selected my choice while on my way and by time I got there, all I had to do was sign my papers and pick up lock. Facility is decide, bright lights in hallway, very clean and tidy. Great rates and help . Highly recommend!

Deanna has been a really very big help to my best friend in a time of need of her mother passing away after Iron Gate was rude to her. I would rate this storage unit and staff a number 10 and I would recommend anyone to go there to rent a storage unit any time.

On Saturday I was in I was not happy about the parking situation I couldn't believe it. A new manager working (Amelia) offered to carry items to my unit in B. I couldn't believe it then to top it off she is the only one I have seen out on the property grounds working hard. She made my day and that's why I want to say Thank you to her!

I rent a unit at this location I have to say Amelia the newest manager at the location went above and beyond what I could have expected she really is the reason why I decided to keep my unit here and give them another chance!
