I presently have storage units at NSA's Kootenai, Idaho location. These units are clean and well maintained. I appreciate the security measures in place at this facility. Like most people, I am storing belongings that are important to me and appreciate the limitations on entry to the storage unit areas. The manager of this unit, JW Adams, has been particularly helpful as I try to navigate Adam's, sign up process. My moving and downsizing has been greatly enabled by my ability to park belongings in Northwest Self Storage while I through them. them.

My parents rented a unit at the N. Portland location to store some family heirlooms, carpets and random furniture. Every time they went to their storage unit to do some shuffling around they always reported back how clean and well lit the facility was, and how friendly and helpful the manager, Dan, always was. It is a convenient location and is safe and secure, with plenty of hand trucks and moving dollies to make the task easier. Five stars!

I've been using NW Self Storage for nearly 10 years, and my experience there has been excellent every time! Dan has been most helpful with me. He is kind, professional, and he cares about his customers. It's always a joy seeing him! Prices on the units are fair/competitive. I have been storing my stuff here for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier. This place is clean, safe, secure, convenient, and everything else you could ever want in a storage facility. The onsite staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. The site is kept in immaculate condition at all times. Heads and shoulders above any storage facility in North Portland.

Great customer service/accommodations & interactions. Clean facility & when I had to transfer my belongings to a smaller unit, it went very well, due to customer service. The ONLY con is that they increase their rates every 6 months for current customers. This is not a practice I have experienced from other storage places I’ve used, & I have used many. If they would stop this practice, at least for senior citizens, on SSI, they would be a superior place!!!

Really nice storage facility.

I've worked with both Dan Parker and Skylar Merkelbach on my rental at the St John's facility, including a transfer to a new unit. Dan is patient, thoughtful and generous with his time whenever I have questions. It is clear that he cares deeply for his customers, goes above and beyond, and takes pride and ownership in his role managing the facility. Skylar has been incredibly helpful in resolving concerns and addressing questions quickly. I can't recommend this location enough!

Big indoor site with ample drive through loading behind key access doors. Timer lighting in units. Maintains a good temp. Plenty of carts. Only downside is the price. If it was $40 less, I would give it 5 stars.

Joseph W here. Gentleman at the front desk with the greyish beard (I'm terrible with names) was amazing. Super kind, personable, knowledgeable guy. Really happy to have a spot to store my extra stuff down the street. Place has a bathroom, automatic lights, elevator that can handle motorcycles, and more for super reasonable prices. Provided exactly what I needed in a pinch and am very appreciative of it.

Personnel have been professional and responsive. We were lucky to access a storage unit with a significant discount. Security seems excellent and premises are clean in St Johns. We completed an online form but it didn't process for some reason so the manager quickly did it for us when we moved our things in.

The rental process was very easy to complete online. The person running the office was polite, helpful, and efficient. The facility was very clean and secure. I’m happy that I found a place close to me that I felt comfortable with and the rates were competitive as well.

Used this place twice when moving. Very professional, very clean. It was easy to get set up and get a unit. It feels secure. I like that you can drive in so you don’t have to worry about your car while you’re unpacking. Nice big elevator and carts to move your stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful during the site tour, location is convenient and clean. Would have gotten 5 stars, except the online form for the lease has some issues with the fields that make them difficult to read the information as you submit it, but not a deal breaker.

Went with friends to help them set up. They've used before and prefer them. I found the place to be clean, secure, and large enough to pull the truck/car into a garage to empty it in a warm dry place.
