Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 3510 NE Columbia Blvd

We stopped by Northwest Self Storage to meet with a guy that was selling some items out of his storage unit. The place seems pretty safe they have a gated entrance. Although somebody came walking through asking us if we could give a jump to his car and we were not able to help him out. All in all the Northwest Self Storage seems like a safe place to store your items.

Affordable and clean

I spoke with Laura at the call center yesterday. It was moving day for me and I was in a pickle because I didn't anticipate the gate code change. She was super friendly as we ran through security questions, and when I realized I didn't have my driver's license on me, she went out of her way to wait while I searched my car and checked my phone for a photo of it I thought I had. When that didn't pan out, she made a plan on the fly to help me reach her again after I found my ID. She was quick to respond when I sent over the number and I was back on track. Thanks SO much again, Laura!

Alexander at the Northwest Self Storage location on NE Columbia was exceptionally helpful. My experience with renting a drive up unit was seamless. Happy with my experience and would recommend.

We had a great experience getting a storage unit for my mom during a very hectic move for our family. Alexander was very helpful and polite and walked us through all the options and advised us on what sizes of units would work for us. Absolutely great customer service.

portland mini storage manager... I thought I should post since my experience at this location has been pretty good actually...I have been storing there for a while now, and on more than one occasion the manager there assisted me with service well beyond what I expected. I have noticed other customers getting similar service as well... Maybe he was out in the lot helping a customer when you called?
