Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 2922 SE 82nd Ave

Seems very secure and Isiah at the front desk was extremely helpful with getting me settled in.

The younger male worker usually works the evening has been pretty cool with us and made sure to be polite, but also not afraid to enforce the storage policy rules before closing time. We appreciate his friendly service, but also his ability to treat us with respect.

Huge thanks to Isaiah! He assisted my client in getting a better deal on her storage unit. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly. He was up front about cost and expectations. He maintained good communication with me so that I could best assist my client. Thanks Isaiah!!

I had a great experience using Northwest self storage. It’s my first time using self storage and it was made easy for me. I had to relocate our next-door neighbor for a different level of care. The property manager, Lynn was so helpful and reassuring. I would recommend to others.

The location on South E. 82nd Ave. and SE. Brooklyn St. is one of the gneissic and cleanest location I have ever rented from. They have great prices and the staff Lynn and Isaiah are great at Customer Service by listening and operating services that you will not see at any other locationthat I have rented from It has been three weeks since I rented a storage unit from this location and since then I have rented two more only because the staff here goes out of their way and every way possible to help you. They have a positive attitude and they recognize you as a real customer

My out of town son asked me to get something from his unit. Long story short , he gave me the wrong number and I got locked in the stair well! Elijah at the 82nd branch not only opened the locked door when he heard my frantic knocks, he also gave me the correct unit number, walked me to the unit and made sure I had permission. What could have been a long ordeal, ended up going pretty smoothy.

Manager and staff here were very helpful in showing me multiple units so I could decide which one I wanted. Even ran the numbers on multiple units so I could make sure it was within my price range. Very helpful staff! And the halls are very clean.

Isaiah was super helpful with reserving a unit for me on the spot and was attentive, informative, and friendly. The location feels secure and I love how they offer carts to help load and unload as well.

Stop in and ask about units and potentially renting a unit there. Due to the customer service and how clean and seem pretty safe place due to the process they use to keep it clean safe I will be using this place..

I’ve been at this location almost 3 yrs. I finally see changes being made. With a new manager, Lynn is a delight to work with, she very nice takes the time to works with you, and takes care of any issues that come up. She’s the best.

Lynn the new property manager was a wonderful person to work with. She is very patient and kind!

I would give this a 3.5 if I could. I'm rounding up... The onsite staff was great or I would give this place fewer stars. There was a period where they weren't fully staffed but have hired new PM staff and everyone I dealt with in person was very helpful and friendly. The facilities themselves are new and nice enough. My unit did get broken into though after being there for only a few weeks. The insurance was easy to deal with and I got compensated with not much hassle, just had to do the paperwork. The corporate side of things was frustrating. They didn't have a good online account management system when I started. They've implemented one but when they did my autopay stopped and I ended up being charged a late fee because I missed the message to reset things up. The rates were cheaper than other places nearby but they raised my rate after just a few months. That's a huge turn off. I ended up moving out. I feel the rate should be set for at least the first year.

The owner/manager man was super nice and very helpful! He got me set up quickly and showed me all the ins and outs and made it very easy for me to get started! The place is clean and safe and I would definitely recommend it.

Great employees clean facility except they have a rodent problem and they have an access problem it is difficult to access your storage unit and the hours that you’re told you can access and for some reason nobody can figure out how to make it not be a problem anymore I originally wrote this 2 months ago just after moving in a month or two. Not sure if access ability got fixed yet or not but this is still a great storage just because the property manager is fabulous. It’s terrible that people can’t figure out how to drive into and out of the building without damaging things but at least the employees are easy, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

The Manager is knowledgeable and easy to work with. And it seems that the company treats their customers like a family member. Assuming I will need a storage unit again someday... I will be back

I felt this was the easiest of any occasion I've had to need a storage space. Very clean, secure and close by to where I moved to, I definitely was satisfied with the experience of keeping my stuff here.

John, the building manager is simply amazing. I operate a small property management business out of the retail space and only wish I could find building mangers that give as much as he does everyday to make sure the building operates smoothly. John, kudos to you!

I had a good experience the other day. I was pressed to get a storage unit to store my new couch. Jamie helped me through the whole process and she did a wonderful job. The next day I needed to go back to put my own lock on my unit. The on site manager was there, can't recall his name. But he helped me get to my unit and told me few more rules and did a great job too. I have nothing but praise for the crew at NW Self Storage.

The Property Manager was informed, on top of things & worked very efficiently! He made my move in decision & process go very smoothly and quickly! You can tell he takes pride in whipping this location into shape! He is doing a great job for his company! The company itself needs to provide more structure for security measures by adding a secured gate enclosure around the car entry location (thereby protecting the moving bay), in my opinion!

Fantastic enviroment!

The staff is really nice and anytime I need anything the manager (Rob) and also Jamie is always there to help. I feel comfortable in the environment and also I see that they actually care about what they do. I wish there were more storage places like this location.
