Sarah was really great and friendly. She took me out on to the lot to show me some really great available units and talked me through everything. She was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions and having worries about my stuff being safe. Once I finish packing up I will definitely be renting a unit here.

Sarah was excellent, efficient, and very friendly. She showed me around in a very timely manner and offered merchandise and answered all my questions. Her personality was bubbly and out going. The facility was at the upmost cleanest facility I have seen in Eugene.

Nice location, easy to get in & out the security gate, it's an older place but really clean from what I have seen, my unit is in one of the indoor hallways, not climate controlled, but safe & dry...

Great assistance over the phone and super easy online reservation process!

Of course there's a gated entry, there's very little people here on the property though. When I signed up it was a really easy process, all over the phone and then they gave me the gate info and I just went right in. Their hours are pretty cool. There's no two story storage so it's all in one level. They store RVs and cars too. And they even have a bathroom that's open all the time.

I am overall pleased with the customer service I received. The front desk woman was nice, professional and explained to me the contract and was thorough. Good place to rent a storage unit

The Manger is friendly pleasant atmosphere easy process nice size storage units could use a lite inside the indoor storage units so we can see what we're doing other then that it's a great place

I’m typically not one to write a review but I thought I would just quickly share that at NW self storage In Eugene my experience was fantastic I did everything online with the help of NW storage site manager. They offered me a discounted introductory rate and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience.

These ladies are great. I used this storage facility for over 2 years and my experience was hassle free and stress free. They are clean and smoke free. I love that they change the hall codes every few months and I always felt safe. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit again

I first used NW Self Storage in 2017. Not only is it in close distance to where I live, but the CONVIENCE matters to me. I simply enter a code to open the gate and go to my unit as many times as necessary in a day without interrupting the staff. Lynne Fisher assisted me with my rental and returned my call promptly when I had additional questions, she's the best! Excellent service and CLEAN units!☺

Hard to navigate if you have a large truck, the entrance isn't the best either. Never had a problem with my unit, management, or security. Pretty good overall!

The best thing about this storage facility is the manager. She is very kind, helpful, and understanding. The place is well ran. I recommend it.

Sarah, in my opinion, is one of the sweetest people I have met in the storage industry! I was there helping my neighbor move and downsize things in 3 diff storages and it was a very exhausting task. Sarah came to check on us several times and gave us bottled water 2 diff times during our 8 hour period of being there. She goes above and beyond in customer service and makes me feel like I’m family! I recommend storing your belongings at this location because of how much Sarah is willing to make you happy by trying to meet your needs within her ability of doing so. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed by her hospitality.

office personally are on top of everything that occurs in the storage areas, and keep an eye on any repairs that are needed. security is also 5 star quality

Let me start by saying there is no place in town I would rather do business with. We have had our household items stored here for several months. After coming upon some hard time financially mixed with an unexpected surgery for my wife we got behind on our payments. Honestly, to the point where our stuff was scheduled to be auctioned. Despite the fact that our unit was up for auction the day after I went in to talk to them they were more than willing to work with us to get it caught up. The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Pleasant experience every visit. Thank you Sarah and Northwest Self Storage in general for be so understanding and willing to assist my family. It means a lot. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Sense moving my little Business to this Storage Facility I have to say that the Ladies in the office are so super awesome. They both are extra extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and of there is something wrong the Ladies here the situation and try finding a helpful solution. Over the last 3 to 4 months. Sarah is always mega helpful, especially with unit moves. I have switch units 3 times always going bigger, and Sarah has offered help every time. The nice lady helped us with a storage unit at Northwest Self Storage and was pretty fast and efficient in getting us one. Nothing too fancy and yet that is what I was looking for. So, if you are like me and do not care about all the bells and whistles, then maybe this place is for you. But if you are looking for climate control, a security patrol, and lighting or a lot of locks and security measures.. this may not be for you. This business is the bare minimum for folks who are looking strickly for the bare minimum. For instance I keep the bare minimum of things in my particular storage unit. I asked the staff exactly what it is that I am looking for and got exactly what I had asked for. I said you got security cameras? Check. You got electronic gate access? Check. Any units with drive up access? Check Any month to month leases and any promotions, Check and Sold!! The location is pretty convenient for me as well. Looking forward to doing business!

There is an unpublished $20 fee they charge to start a rental. Other than hiding this fact until well into the (too much paperwork) start up process it is not bad.

Decent storage, when i first signed up it was pretty cheap, but 2 years later they've only raised the prices multiple times is getting too expensive to keep. I honestly don't know how much longer we'll have it, but other than the prices going up we've never had any other problems with their storage units. Would recommend for nice, secure storage for your stuff if you don't mind the price.

Clean, secure, helpful on-site staff. Only downside is two rate increases totaling just over 17% in one year.

Managers are very pleasant to deal with. Area is clean and safe. Fees are a little high, but I think they are probably comparable to many other storage units in the area.

Front office staff were very nice, and exceptionally helpful. The initial process took maybe 10-min due to paperwork but Im in and the space was clean and ready. I just had to sweep first (OCD) and I was good to go. Buy your own "circular" lock otherwise it'll be another $15 on top.
