Great staff, reasonable prices and good reputation. We're told the drain system and paving were planned well to help diminish flooding chances. There's good security with the last attempted break-in happening nearly a year ago and was successfully diverted before mischief was managed. They also provide insurance on the units which is included in the price.

I’ve been renting 3 spaces (because I am not to smart and own to many trailers) for the last several years. It’s a well managed and well cared for facility. Storage prices are worth the drive from south sound area. I also make it a point to stop in and talk Gary when I come in. I even went out and bought him a nice cigar and turns out he just quit smoking. So I smoked it!

This is the second time I've used this facility for my storage needs. Their price is a bit higher but the security is top notch! The man who runs the place is a kind hearted and friendly gentleman! I've never had an issue with him or anyone else working there. Follow the rules of their rental agreement you sign and make your payments on time and you won't have any issue with them! It's that simple. Reach out and call them if you have a problem being late. They will work with you. They are not the rude or unkind people that some of the reviews say.. I would use them again and again.! I trust them and recommend them completely!
