I have been renting a unit for about 2 years the property is well maintained and the staff is amazing. I have had some questions and concerns, Brandi has always been more then accommodating, she is awesome!!!!! And Tracy has always been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this storage property mostly for the staff and secondly the well kept property.

customer service is outstanding, called to get a 3rd shed while my husband was in transit to the area with a load and there was no problem, even on a Sunday. there even was a bit of a problem with a lock on the shed assigned to us and when I sent the pic to them to prove this they were able to which it 3 doors down to another shed. thanks guys you really saved us in this stages of this move.

Setting up and getting started was pretty easy. Customer service was awesome. Only complaint is the pricing is a bit high for the local area.

Had to move large household fast. We rented two of the largest spaces available (12 x 24’). Price was reasonable. We were confident our belongings were safe because NW Self Storage has a great security system. Hours of access were also reasonable and we were able to get in and out without any issues. We really liked the customer service Tracy provided from the office. She was super kind, knowledgeable, and helped us through a very stressful time in moving. I strongly recommend the business; worth every penny!
