Karen has been an excellent manager and goes above and beyond what the normal storage rental contact does. She's very proactive and finds solutions quickly. My autopay wasn't setup correctly and she made sure I knew my payment was due instead of me just being charged late fees. She made switching to a new unit super easy.

James was very helpful with checking me out of my unit and making sure it was canceled in advance. Will use again if I have to store stuff.

I hate being in storage but Karen the manager at this facility makes it not so bad By the time I'm done paying that months rent she has me forgetting that I have paid well over what my stuff is worth in my unit. She is always friendly,professional, knowledgeable on company policies (good or bad),and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Professional and clean storage unit at a fair price

The facility is immaculate! It's very secure. The lady at the front office is wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. She was able to work with me on my move in date that changed more than once while not at risk of losing my unit. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Karen was great. She was genuinely helpful, considerate, and thoughtful in getting me moved from a smaller unit to a larger one. She went over and above her call of duty to get me taken care of…although I don’t think she thought that… this is just how she is. I would absolutely recommend her if you need any storage needs at NW Self Storage on Pacific Hwy in Tualatin.

This is a wonderful place to store your goods, I feel confident storing my item here for the last four years. Karen is also very people oriented she has always been friendly and so helpful.

Karen Brotherton is the best human. She is caring. Rides around the property on her checks saying hello. There was a time I may have had to delay a month's payment. Due to COVID19. She did not put me down, instead she brought me up. She told me what I could do, and get back on track. The storage areas so clean and easy to get to. I love the flowers and garden she has. The bathroom 🚻is always clean and tidy. Best storage we've ever had and nicest person who runs it.

Great prices. Convenient location right off of Highway 99 North of Sherwood south of King City. The place is clean and there's always on-site staff. You never have to worry about your stuff getting messed with us because of the gates and the frequent use of other storage units so there's always a watching eye

Close to sherwood, Tualatin and Tigard. Folks are nice but business like. Be sure to pay your rent by the 1st of the month or they will lock you out :-)

I have storage at 2 NW Self Storage locations. I have nothing but positive experiences at both locations. Each NWSS location is owned individually but Im finding that the 5 star service as well as a policy of not price gauging their renters with quarterly rent hikes as some of the other places do, makes them superior to the rest. Wouldnt think of renting from anyone else.

Although unplanned we had to move out of our home before our house our new home was ready. NW Storage was incredible working with us on not only coordinating more than one unit, but they were flexible and worked with us on our mortgage closing date and prorating our storage fees. Team very professional and they worked hard to help us manage the situation!
