I had just completed a cross country move and I was stressed about getting a storage unit and also finding a place to temporarily place my PODs container and Savannah showed me so much respect and patience while I was trying to figure that out. Very clean facility but they raise the rent at least twice a year. Not by a small amount either. Recently our rent went from $158 to $183. No explaination as to why the increase. We moved to another facility after being with them for over 5 years and they didn't even bother to ask why we were leaving.

Sometimes challenging to get a hold of the office but the facility is clean. A better rate was offered here then our last facility we were renting at.

This place has about the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every experience with the management team has been super pleasant. The facility is always clean, and they really keep a close eye on things. One time I left a few windows open in my RV when it was raining and they called to make sure I was aware! THAT is service! They also have a dump station there, which could not be more convenient if you're parking an RV there. This place is really wonderful - and who would ever have thought a self-storage lot could inspire feedback like that?? Laura absolutely knows what she is doing though, I imagine all the customers must be as happy as can be with the way that place is run!

We had a great experience at NW Self Storage! Laura Wood, a part of the Management Team, is amazing and always has customer service in mind. They made it easy when we needed to upgrade our unit to a larger one and were always available for questions. Every aspect from getting a new unit to moving out of our unit was made easy and we will definitely be using NW Self Storage again in the future! The facility was very clean and safe and I love the option to have an indoor storage unit especially in Oregon where the weather is unpredictable. There are many storage unit options in the Portland Metro area but I would make this your number one choice!

Great cheap storage options, very clean, the exit turn was a bit tight in a 26' box truck but not undoable. 5x7 holds a lot for the price if you got vertical.

Joanna is great and friendly! She will go out of her way to make sure that the storage unit is the right one for you. She works hard! She does two jobs instead of just one. Most storage places have two people working there, one at the front desk, and the other out cleaning the buildings. The rent here is cheaper then most storage places close by. I have been renting here for about 2.5 years and never had any problems with management.
