The lady was nice but I didnt have a. Good outcome not because of the workers but the auction that was won was not sanitary . I feel i should have got my deposit back due to the unit not being in a legal sellable status. I feel bad for the ones who had to clean up after those nasty people. We all lost out

So easy to get storage Dee is so friendly I didn't even go in I called I did the paperwork over the phone and there you have it space rented

Used these guys when they first opened up many years ago. They are owned by new people but we still come back here when in need of a safe place to store our things. Miss the 24/7 access behind the gate but don't mind it too much. Great people to use for storage. I'm sure I'll need them again in the future

Reserving a unit was simple and even tho I decided to go with another company they still contacted me a week after my reservation date to see if I still wanted the uni. I let them know I did not and the one question. She should have asked she d I didn't. Why I decided to go with another company. Maybe they don't want to hear how they are drastically more expensive than a the others in the area. The specials are nice but the prices are ridiculous. Keep doing the specials and lower your prices and you will be full in no time

The best storage facility in the county. I wouldn't feel safer leaving my belongings anywhere else. There is an on site employee there 24/7. Cameras & coded gate. They have great air flow. Nothing is exposed to water.

Excellent customer service. I was able to reserve a unit online, we were given quick and easy access to the unit with no hassle. The pricing seems to be pretty standard (I shopped around). They respond to email quickly. The property is clean. I highly recommend renting storage space here.

We were out growing our unit and we reached out about a larger one. There was a unit open in our same building so we did not have to move everything very far. They helped transition us with the contracts quickly and prorated each until for the time we actually occupied. While moving units we met one of the team who was doing a random check of units and locks to ensure nothing looked off. I was impressed they do this and grateful to know they go the extra mile! Pleasant staff and clean facility, you cannot go wrong.

U-haul was very professional and thoughtful. I was kept up to date with the destination changes in a timely manner.

That is a great place to put some extra stuff around the house when we don't need it.

Great reception. Professional. Good presentation of rules and expectations. Only hiccup was that representative on duty was new and not fully versed in the corporate policy. Minor issues were handled cleanly and efficiently.

The staff has been so personable and competent at this location. Tanya was fast and did not hesitate to explain the prices and sales. On a side note, Tanya once found my wife's purse approximately 3 years ago, and made sure that it was returned to her promptly. This is the northernmost location by the carwash. Check it out. We rate it and the staff at 5 stars out of 5.

Renting a space at NW Self Storage was relatively simple and easy. One phone call, a short time spent filling out some info on the web and that was it! I then went to their facility to get my gate code. Done. They even made me aware of a special they were having and applied the savings to my rental!

You store your stuff so not really a rate type thing idk

Pretty expensive storage facility...little annoying the gate code is required to exit. Anyhow, good location but needs a little more signage...and some better prices-I pay damn near $200 at this location and less than $100 for one in Portland that is larger.😐

This always comes up for the car wash. I like that they have a bucket and a brush to pre-wash. Sometimes there is someone there to do it, but there wasn't this time.

They've recently added a new service called active storage. I think we were one of their first customer to sign up. We packed our stuff, even the stuff we use fairly often. They came and picked it up and stored it with a full accounting. We got a picture. Since then, we've called and had specific items delivered back to us. It came the same day. They guarantee next day. It's been great. Our house is organized and our stuff is more accessible than ever.

Storage facility rates high Columbia Self Storage is a newer storage facility in our area and is very convenient to use. The staff there are professional and helpful. I highly recommend this to all.
