My mother decided to rent from here and had a great experience. Not only was the facility clean and nice but the staff was really helpful as well. Jessica was very knowledgeable as to what size we would need and she was exactly right. She was very thorough in her explanations and helpful with the process of getting everything planned out for automated payments.

I used this storage company for 7 years and by the time I closed my unit I was barely paying $100. I was constantly impressed with the upkeep of the grounds.

Becky has been amazingly helpful every time I went in to purchase boxes and tape preparing for our move, I went in three times over the last two weeks, and every time was greeted with a big smile, and a warm, caring, cheerful attitude. The boxes and tape both were good quality and held up well. Highly recommend choosing this location with such great customer service!!!

I am so pleased to be able to write this review!! What a fabulous experience we have had with Northwest Self Storage. The facility is clean, clean, clean, safe and secure--all things you would hope for in an ideal facility. The rates are fair and reasonable--an excellent value for your money. BUT, most of all, I want to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca, the on-site manager. She was beyond helpful. She was joyous and so fun to work with. What a pleasure!!! One doesn't often find service of this high quality anywhere these days. Keep up the amazing work, Rebecca, and thank you!

The space was perfect for my new sail boat and the office staff was very helpful and made sure that I had the space that was shown to me reserved until I had received all of the paperwork from multiple parties. She kept in contact with me and I'm very grateful.
