I've been using this branch of NWSS off and on for several years and the service is always excellent. The facilities are spotless and well-lit, and the folks in the office are knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to deal with. 5 stars for sure! Update: March 2024 and still a clean facility and good staff. Sandie is great to work with!

Northwest self storage , we looked at other storage places none were business friendly as They were. Allowing us to use our unit for materials staging and storage. There are days we do not visit our unit other days multiple times. They did not have an issue with that. Clean , modern, and secure also a bonus. Oh , and they wave Hello every time we come in. Just a nice neighborly way. Maybe its just to us. For you it might be different ! Lol

So far I have only checked in but i got a very prompt tour of the facility which was clean and secure with good lighting. All my questions were answered and my registration process went smoothly. There was a glitch about insurance which was promptly resolved. I'd recommend this facility so far.

I needed a storage with short notice and they had one available for me. Everyone in the office was really nice and helpful. The property was always cleaned of debri and well taken care of. Storage unit was great enough space for all my belongings. Well definitely go back if I need to.

The people who work here are so nice. They always answer questions and are very helpful. The auto pay feature is very convenient and they were able to put the due date on the day I wanted it. The prices are pretty reasonable and I also got to pick which unit I wanted. I ended up getting a second unit and got to have both of them next to each other which was also very convenient. Love this place 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again.
