This property had a Hazardous Cleaning situation, and decided to retain our company to preform services. Saoirse, the property manager was very friendly and I enjoyed working directly with him. During our time in communicating with them and servicing their property; it shows that customer service and presentation is everything! The property was very clean and well-kept. Lots of space for storing large RV's outside, as well as plenty of indoor storage units as well. I would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs!

The facility with neat and clean. The manager was extremely friendly and very nice.

The manager was friendly and welcoming when I arrived for a tour. He’s very knowledgeable of the property, procedures and policies and was very attentive to my concerns and reassuring of the security of my belongings. Based on this experience I would recommend this facility however I haven’t even moved in yet.

Nothing but good things to say about this storage facility. I do not use the storage but park my rather large vehicle. I feel at ease knowing that my vehicle is safe at this facility. The property manager Soirse (sp) is always kind and helpful, when needed. Thank you for your services!

Since I've started using this facility I haven't had a problem with anything, and they are willing to help you out when you have to pay late once you let them know ahead of time. I would recommend this storage facility for anyone living nearby.

The place is great for your storage needs. I loved that the place was secured and the staff was pleasant. I wanted to give a special thank you to Saoirse for his kindness and making our stay great. If you see him in the office please say hello. Today was our last day because after years of being with this company we had to find another storage place due to the continuous increase rates. We found a place a minute away.

I have stored my stuff with them for years and the facilities and staff are top notch. The manager at the Witch Hazel location was so great. I had to move units and he made it painless. I love the transparency and open policy this company has as well. They are not like other companies and I saw that with the manager at this location.

Found the cheapest deal around for a 5x10 unit online and ended up getting a cheaper price in person! Staff was kind enough to stay the extra time to start a rental even though it was close to closing. He was very helpful.

Great prices! I love the fact my unit is inside! The covered car port is my favorite part! You can just pull right up to the entrance/ elevator to load/unload.

Great facility! Nice and clean environment and I felt very safe leaving my items at this location. The office staff are friendly and helpful, especially Piper! Would absolutely use this location again.

The price is good and it is nice place. The little lady that works there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue i have is the elevator, you must use an entry code every time you enter and you only have 10 seconds and the door closes. I never had time to get belongings into elevator then had to reenter code. If you hold the door open you must reenter the code. When i step outside the elevator to enter the code the door closes before i finish entering code.

Most pleasant storage experience I’ve ever had. Piper was always great and very accommodating. The unit was climate controlled, clean and there was always an ample supply of carts and plenty of parking spaces (included covered) with close access to our entrance. We stored a lot of furniture and household goods for over a year and recently moved them back to MO from OR comforted that they will be in the same condition as when we moved them into the unit. Couldn’t be happier.

Piper has been amazing to work with. Always bright, cheerful and informative. The facility is clean and the climate control is marvelous. I would definitely recommend.

This storage facility is wonderful! It has a secure fence and coded gate to get onto the premise. The covered unloading/loading area is a great bonus in Oregon rain! The facility is pristine and well maintained. The inside is definitely climate controlled, secure, safe and well lit, which makes me feel safe when accessing my unit when I'm alone. The manager Piper is a ray of sunshine every time I call.🌞She even makes you feel good if she has to call to remind you of your payment! Very friendly and professional!

My first time doing business with Northwest self storage. I've been here a couple of months now and have to say this place the cleanest unit I've ever seen. Not to mention the staff has been very helpful with all of my individual needs. Piper is the on site manager and is incredible. She is very professional and helpful. Their move in rated are unmatched and I highly recommend them for needs.

The units are clean and well lighted, in fact the whole complex was very clean. Mary Ann the manager at the (Witch Hazel) Hillsboro, Or location was very patient and made sure I knew all the rules. She took me up stairs in the elevator and showed me how to install the lock and made sure I knew my code. Very nice lady. I'm in a electic wheelchair and everything is easy access. I used to buy delinquent storeage units and this by far is one of the nicest complexes I've seen.

Great place to have your car break down.. I mean.. that's why I was there and it recorded me. The lady was nice and wasn't upset as I waited for the tow truck. If I need to store anything, I may definitely try here... sorry my review isn't useful.

I chose to view my reservation online, and within a couple of hours I got a call. The lady I talked to was extraordinarily friendly very nice and had a awesome since of humor. I got in 5:30 that evening at half hour before they were to close. She helped me get my paperwork and everything done and finish quickly so I was able to get my stuff loaded into my storage unit. She was a wonderful customer service rep! The storage facility is clean dry and warm. I feel confident in the security of my items in the storage unit. I highly recommend this place!

Overall good clean, safe, and good customer service. I did not like the fact that there was poor communication about how insurance worked. They should have said Insurance is not an option, bring your home owner's insurance or you will have to use the one that we offer. Should have informed about what types of locks they use. I brought my old version. I like the ones they have better, but still having a heads up is nice.

Sign up and move in were great! The facility is clean and there are a few flatbeds available to use during move in.

It was the best experience I've had getting storage. It's clean and secure and Maryanne at the office is so helpful and quick. If it wasn't for Maryanne I don't think it would have been such a pleasant situation getting storage.
