Heather at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I got lost and couldn't find my unit, she did a full walk through with me and helped me navigate to my unit and explained all of the necessary functions of the facility. Disability friendly location and assistance.

Nice location and staff

Rented my storage unit online and immediately got a phone call to setup a time to cone to Northwest Self Storage and see my Storage unit. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Great staff but the place needs more carts. Only on in the building and if it is in use your either have to carry everything by hand or wait. Otherwise the place is kept clean and love the access hours.

Great service, very efficient

I was very pleased with using Northwest Self Storage on Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove. We were moving from Bend back to this area, and I rented a unit online in early August. I rented a Uhaul to bring a load over, and I called to make sure everything was in order. I spoke to Michael, and he discovered that my rental had "dropped out" of the system. I was in a state of panic! We headed out, and he called me while we were en route and said everything was fixed and I did in fact have a unit. When we arrived, it was 99 degrees and I was literally exhausted (I'm 66 years old). He was SO nice and personable and made the process of signing documents very easy. I closed out my unit last week, and once again, his customer service skills, friendliness and professionalism were all top notch. Give him a raise!!!

It brings back memories when I would go and visit my father (Daniel) and with my kids he would show me his work what all he would do I thought it was interesting and cool he was there for 8 years, a lot people seem to really like him! Miss You Dad! I miss that place as well a lot great memories when we would I come visit you.

Getting expensive. Very secure.

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful and they even shared that there was a special coming up for us next month and that saved us some money. Rented here 16 years ago when we were building our home and they were awesome then and are still awesome to this day! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The people working there are just fine. The problem I have is the roll up door is very hard to open. I'm not a small man and it takes all I got.

Michael in the office was professional and helpful every time I stopped in. The grounds are kept clean and sanitary measures are safely in place for COVID. Payment is easy online or in person. Would appreciate better evening lighting around the grounds but that’s up to maintenance of the company itself. I’d recommend this place for short term storage needs.

Location is very convenient for me. Bus stops are nearby that goes both directions. Price is very good for the size unit I have. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

Daniel was very accommodating for my girlfriend and myself. We had a short time schedule for moving and our move from Montana was scheduled during labor day weekend. Where other storage units in the area failed to get in contact with us on the holiday, or wouldn't be open for us to sign contracts, Daniel did. Working with him was a pleasure and he was always nice, and respectful. As for the units, we experienced no problems, the grounds were kept clean and our unit remained undisturbed throughout our 7 months of storage. Overall, easy to work with management, ease of use to the unit, and the top quality customer service provided us with an excellent experience and if needed I'll be using this storage in the future!
