Been there almost a year, have 2 units. Things that I like: the covered loading area; no thresholds to pull a loaded cart over & have things fall off; units have lights that come on automatically when you open the doors; Robert the manager is great & takes care of any issues right away. There was an auto pay glitch but he made sure that I got late fees refunded. Things I don't like: it was hot in the summer: the fans weren't on; sometimes the bathroom wasn't clean or open. But I like it much better than the place I was at before and it's cheaper.
Monse was very helpful and polite. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage area. I highly recommend this business.

Everything was great once I finally got in. Everyone was super nice. My only issue is online doesn’t say there won’t be anyone in the office on Mondays and had a problem getting my code but other than that it’s been a great experience.
Caleb helped me right away and got me set up with a new locker in no time.

We rented with them for a long stretch. We always received good, caring service. The facility is very nice. It’s clean, secure, well lit, climate controlled, and well maintained. And, there is thorough video surveillance and fire detection and suppression systems. I highly recommend this facility.
The place is incredibly clean, organized and secure. The two managers helped a lot on my pre-rental visits and were very friendly and anxious to hear why I was moving from another storage. On the second day of my move-in, I accidentally dropped my unit-lock keys (all of them) in the corridor and didn't notice until I arrived home. I started the drive back, but Dave, one of the managers, had already tracked me down (by viewing the surveillance video and code log) and went well out of his way to contact me. Very much appreciated. Friendly and helpful. Glad I made the move.
