The manager at the West Linn location, Jerry, saved me from my poor planning this morning. My dad passed a month ago and I rented a unit to be able to store his personal belongings. I did not view the unit prior to arriving with the movers, and there was no way his things would fit into the space. Jerry helped me before the office was open by getting me transferred into a new unit. Jerry went above and beyond with great customer service that helped me avoid what would have resulted in many shed tears.

When: Monday Aug 28th; 3:00 pm. We were assisted by a very helpful staff member Leslie. We were very fortunate that Leslie was covering the West Linn location because she normally covers their on Tuesdays only. Leslie was very professional, patient and helpful in guiding us to the right size 5x5 storage unit. We have been storing at their Wilsonville location for about five years, However, with consistent storage rate increases at the Wilsonville location, my wife and I decided to make the move to the West Linn facility, thus saving us about $60 a month, for the same size, 5x5 storage space. This storage facility is very convenient, right off the 205 at exit 6. This facility looks new and is well maintained. You have secured entrance and exit gates, as well as secured elevator access. Our 5x5 unit is on the 4th floor and all the units above the 1st floor is climate controlled to protect your stored items from the cold winter months and hot summer months...hopefully the storage rates at this West Linn location remain reasonable and do not climb to Wilsonville location.

We have been working with Jerry, the property manager here, since mid-July 2023. He has provided exceptional customer service and has been so helpful! The facility is beautiful as well. Thank you!

The online process was good for setting up a space rental. And my call to the help line was handled promptly (after confirmation of storage rental).

A very nice knowledgeable young lady was running the store to help the company out due to the shortage of a manager to run the place. I believe she said she had her own units to manage and everyone was helping. She was extremely busy and handled all the situations in smooth demeanor. Must be a good company to get keep people such as her.. she made my day I wish I could remember her name

so far so Great... I was out of town and went on line to get a storage, my Son was moving me; and the Lady was so helpful and friendly I really appreciated that.

Online process was smooth. Plenty to read before signing. Expectations are clear for both parties in the contract. Manager reaches out promptly after your unit is confirmed. Easy access to the units. Clean. Spacious. I am downsizing from a house to an apartment and using the unit as a staging area to sort through stuff as well as a place to keep some sporting goods.

These guys run a clean ship. The whole place is basically spotless and convenient. Doors get locked at night, elevators are code protected, and it feels generally well maintained. Thanks guys

Having called over a dozen storage units in the area I can say that Northwest in West Linn was the best in the area. Nick is friendly and on his game, the rates were competitive, and the facility is new and nice. Highly recommend.

Nice, professional, clean facility. Manager Nick is very friendly and helpful. We ran into an unfortunate situation on our first day renting (elevator was on the fritz but was fixed!) and Nick was communicative and flexible in working with us to ensure that we were able to move stuff in when we needed to.

Just went in to look at getting a unit and the manager Nick was such a big help! He got me set up with such ease. After he showed me several units, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Really appreciate his professionalism and amazing customer service.

Not heated like advertisements. Exit garage door not working. Just got my unit and it is cold even on the second floor. It was easy to get things up to the unit. Nice hand carts and elevators.

Nice new facility & overall set up, they also were running a new move in special and gave me a great deal on 3 months... The units do run alil hot in certain areas of the building, but besides a few minor details based off personal preference, it's safe & secure and everything u want out of a storage unit facility...

Makala is the BEST. She's on top of all questions/issues I had, knows her inventory and figures out hot to make it work, has an amazing attitude follows up on getting paperwork boring-stuff done, and is easily one of the best managers I've worked with (storage, restaurant, any industry). The facility is super. Covered parking while getting to my unit. Safe and lighted, cameras everywhere. I felt super safe selling used stuff to random people and meeting them here.
