These guys run a clean ship. The whole place is basically spotless and convenient. Doors get locked at night, elevators are code protected, and it feels generally well maintained. Thanks guys

Having called over a dozen storage units in the area I can say that Northwest in West Linn was the best in the area. Nick is friendly and on his game, the rates were competitive, and the facility is new and nice. Highly recommend.

Nice, professional, clean facility. Manager Nick is very friendly and helpful. We ran into an unfortunate situation on our first day renting (elevator was on the fritz but was fixed!) and Nick was communicative and flexible in working with us to ensure that we were able to move stuff in when we needed to.

Not heated like advertisements. Exit garage door not working. Just got my unit and it is cold even on the second floor. It was easy to get things up to the unit. Nice hand carts and elevators.

Nice new facility & overall set up, they also were running a new move in special and gave me a great deal on 3 months... The units do run alil hot in certain areas of the building, but besides a few minor details based off personal preference, it's safe & secure and everything u want out of a storage unit facility...

Makala is the BEST. She's on top of all questions/issues I had, knows her inventory and figures out hot to make it work, has an amazing attitude follows up on getting paperwork boring-stuff done, and is easily one of the best managers I've worked with (storage, restaurant, any industry). The facility is super. Covered parking while getting to my unit. Safe and lighted, cameras everywhere. I felt super safe selling used stuff to random people and meeting them here.

Great location, brand new facility, VERY easy to get in and out of the building and reasonably priced, this location is a great choice. The manager, Malala, was always available. She was professional, very personable and always returned my calls and emails quickly.

Makala was great. She was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough as she walked me through details of the contract. I would highly recommend NW self Storage to anyone for their storage needs.
