I have never had any problems with them and Becca at where I my stuff she is the most helpful person, kind and hilarious, she a great person plus a hard worker.

They were so helpful! We needed to rent a unit while living in another state and they made the process easy and very timely communication. If you need a storage unit - they are the right choice. Thanks again!

I cant say enough good things about Becca she is absolutly amazing . She is the main reason I am storing my stuff here they are more expensive then most places but Becca makes it worth it.

This storage company was highly recommended by a close friend. Although I haven't rented a unit as yet, I plan to soon. It's a storage unit place, gate worked, in and out. No trash. Helped my friend store some old furniture while moving.

I like the fact that each storage unit has its own entry code.

I rented a storage unit through Northwest Self Storage's online platform. The process was quick and easy to follow. The onsite associate helped me with a lock which I felt helped save me time. The storage unit was clean and easy to access. So far it has been a very positive experience. :)

I had a good experience the only complaint was that there seemed to be a wall of moveable plywood between my storage unit and the next but on the other side was an actual wall between mine and the next unit. l. This place was secure. Easy check out! Thanks!

I am using this facility for a second time and I'm even more impressed than the previous contract period. The unit I have was very clean when I rented it and the grounds are kept up. I've never have had a problem and will continue to use again if needed.
