I have enjoyed my experience with Northwest Storage until tonight when I have been unable to access my unit. The gate was padlocked at 8:30pm when it was posted that it was supposed to be open until 10pm. Multiple calls with no ability to do anything about it but leave multiple messages. Really disappointing especially since I needed to access my unit at that very moment, not the next day. I really hope they address this since this shouldn't EVER happen with clearly posted hours. Edit: my code wasn't working because my auto pay didn't go through. They fixed the issue so I changed my rating up to 3 stars. However don't expect to talk to any managers or anyone after hours

Clean facility and friendly staff. Unit is tall enough to store a full size couch on end. I like the hours of operation for with most places the close time is set at 7, NSS is accessible until 10pm.

Easy process filling out paperwork online; check-in was easy, got a tour and “how-to”, facility is clean and feels safe.

Outstanding experience, it could not have been better!! Nick, the manager, and his team at the Northwest Self Storage in Newberg, Oregon was nothing short of stellar from the initial contact to the point where I closed my account due to a move out of the area. They were exceptionally professional at every phase of my seven month experience. They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Their overall positive, caring and professional approach was consistent every time I interacted with Nick and or other team members. Thank you for your outstanding work, care and gracious support! Great service and prices !

I called initially to get pricing for a large storage unit and they didn’t have one available. Nick was quick to offer to call me as soon as he got a notice which could have been up to a month or longer. We were pleasantly surprised to get Nicks call a few days later telling us he now had one. The location is perfect for us, and the facility is immaculate! Both Nick and Megan were polite, knowledgeable of the products and services offered, and very helpful. We have no doubt that we rented from the counties Best. Thanks you guys!

Nick and staff did a great job when we needed their service! My movers canceled! I was able to arrange storage at NW, put Upack pods on site, get the pods packed and shipped. Nick was in communication the entire time - there were no issues. Great service!!

Diane went above and beyond -- well beyond -- giving me great service. I had come from out of town (45 minutes away) to pay the bill and got there after closing time, just as she was getting into her car to go home for the day. She very kindly went back into the office to let me pay and was not at all grumpy. in fact, she was quite pleasant. A stellar employee.
