Beside the good location, what makes this location work is Josh and Stacy, they are so helpful, pleasant, friendly and absolutely make sure you are comfortable with the facility, Explain it all thoroughly and are patient with questions or issues you may have. Plus!! this has to be the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. You will not be sorry or worry about your belongings when they are stored here!! :)

The application process was easy. On my first day, I went in to the office and everyone was very supportive. Great communications through the process. I was given a guided tour of the facilities which helped immensely. I have been moving items in over the last several weeks. The carts that they have are a lifesaver and the elevators are easy to operate. The place feels very secure. This is my 3rd storage rental in Oregon and the experience here has been the best by far. For me, the security and communications is 100% worth the longer drive to this location vs other facilities I have rented from in the past.

Always friendly and helpful

Our use of storage at this facility was totally awesome. The building is new, very clean, and easy to move in and out with their handy carts. The climate control feature was good for our more delicate items. The Manager, Noreen, was outstanding, very friendly, and completely professional. She worked with us as we down-sized our storage needs throughout the year. We highly recommend using NWSS in Clackamas / Happy Valley for your storage needs.

I love the fact it's brand new! The units are clean inside and out. I feel safe keeping my belongings there's with all the security they have with cameras and keypads to get to the units. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this storage facility!
