You can believe all the nice things that have been posted about Michael, the property manager at the Canby location - I found Michael to be every bit the helpful, competent, and cheerful guy everyone has already written about. The location is not easy to get into from the north, but Michael is the main reason to store your stuff here. Security is good, access hours are long enough - I just wish Michael was 24/7 - there are few like him in the self-storage world!

Super pleasant people, easy gate access on site. Not a lot of bells and whistles but fair prices, secure bays and clean. A nice storage facility.

Thease guys are far superior to Molalla nw self-storage. They only down fall is no RV storage. Their prices aren't too bad, but I do think they should put solar lights in the units, but other than that, thease guys rock.

QUICK AND EASY SET UP AND MOVE IN.

I have used the Northwest Self Storage in Canby OR two different times. I found the storage units to be clean and easy to get in and out of, plus the inside units are climate controlled which is helpful. The customer service and onsite manager was always great and very friendly and helpful in getting set up and with answering any questions. Prices are comparable to other places I have used in the past that were not as good or clean or secure and not as well kept as Northwest units are. I keep going back to Northwest self storage in Canby because I was completely satisfies and would certainly recommend Northwest Storage as a great and secure option for storage.

I have had a very positive experience at Northwest Self Storage. We originally moved in November. When it was time to move our Side by Side in we needed a location that was easier to back in... they helped us out, when we needed temporary additional space... they helped us out. Now that we need less storage... again the helped us out. I highly recommend Northwest Self Storage.

Excellent facility! I've had household items and motorcycles stored there for 12 years and there has never been a problem. But besides a secure place to store your things, the people at Northwest Self Storage, especially Deirdra, are awesome. Friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. If you're in Canby, Oregon City, Aurora or Wilsonville, definitely check them out. Highly recommended!

I have been using three storage units while my new place is being built. The manager's presence is frequently seen as he checks to keep the place very secure. I have felt secure when I need to enter. The managers have been very helpful. The grounds are extremely well maintained. Thank you for your vigilance and helpfulness and such a positive attitude.
