The office is clean and well stocked. With locks, tow straps, things you might need! The on-site manager was incredibly kind, and made it easy to get the unit I needed! I will say “Cookie” is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever seen. She really helped me this month with a payment reversal that I needed for an emergency. I could not thank her enough for that. So that’s why you will get an 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review. However, I do have a major complaint about the corporate aspect of this storage facility. When I arrived at your facility on I believe January 7th of 2023, Cookie set me up with a 10x20. I believe it was $119. Now barely a year later and it’s $165 and rising. I am not happy about that one bit. I have been a loyal customer since. When I arrived in no way did I think it would rise in price a few times. If there is another rise in price I will DRIVE from another state to retrieve my unit. Thank you for COOKIE and her ability to be your guys’ main asset! If I were corporate I would read these reviews and react accordingly. As a disabled veteran, it’s very difficult to adjust to costs rising at exponential rates, quicker than my own wages allow me for extra money to pay you folks extra almost every few quarters tacking on more fees to units. I don’t know what your retention rate is, or how often people recommend Northwest Storage, but I am not sure if I would based on my experience, but like I said COOKIE IS YOUR LUCKY CHARM. Be grateful for her. She’s a gem in todays day and age of employees. Keep her, she’s a very special lady! Thank you for reading my review. We needed a temporary stopgap of about 7 mos of storage as we were transitioning on a move. Cookie was amazingly helpful and accommodating as we tried to figure out what we needed. And we have most appreciative (tho we weren't so appreciative to see the rent go up but that wasn't her fault)!

I rented a unit from Northwest Self Storage and didn’t end up using it. I thought for sure I wouldn’t get my money back, but I called and Cookie spoke to the manager and easily and quickly reversed my transaction. Not to mention, Cookie was an absolute doll when I went in to rent the unit to begin with. Amazing service!

Our lock mysteriously broke somehow, which I've never seen before, but they replaced it for us. One thing to keep in mind is that they won't accept cash, which can sometimes be annoying. The facility itself is fine for what it is.

Easy online rental experience! Within 20 minutes, from home, I rented, paid, and then drove through the gate on a Friday night. Quick friendly phone call the next morning in case I had questions and the process was complete. Highly recommend!!

Top notch property manager at Post Falls, ID (Cookie). This lady is awesome! I am not happy with the price increase that happens on a regular basis. This comes from corporate.

Loved working with the store manager she is very respectful. We definitely had a great experience with the staff, but the reason for leaving was because our rent was raised so much we feel our unit was not worth what it was raised to it was a 8x10 unit with only a small man door for access into the unit and as far as access to get to the unit was very tight a person could not get a trailer to it, and couldn’t even get a full size pickup to the unit, not all there units were like this thay do have some normal size units, we were there for just over 2 years and our rent went from $80 plus insurance of $9 insurance $89 per month ( very affordable) to $142 per month not worth it at that point!

Calling Cookie every month to pay my storage is always a great task. She is always pleasant and helpful. I very much prefer talking to a person, and she makes it a happy call.

The on-site manager is fantastic. But I'm a little upset with the corporate company they still haven't fixed the power for the B units which is ridiculous. Because there's no lights on the outside of the unit or on the inside and they've also raised the rent as well.

it has been okay,but the prices keep changing and now have been forced into insurance....am looking for a new storage group,i just dont feel the need that they do for some polocies....just me,the money out weighs whats in storage!

Overall it was great. The only problem I had was trying to get ahold of cookie to let her know I moved out of my unit at the other seltice storage. (Still trying but on hold) I wish the number took me directly to her. I called 3 different numbers and it went to someone who just works there at a corporate building? So I’m not sure between the website, on the building and in an email I got multiple phone numbers. Frustrating.. HOWEVER best storage facility I’ve used. Clean, kind and I never had an issue in the year I rented a unit. I’ll definitely use again if I need to.

Brand new and really nice facility. Leasing staff was very pleasant and thoughtful. Though the rental process was easy and really quick they are very expensive. My 10x15 was twice the price of another 10x20 unit I have at another place so I will only be renting here one month.

This is a reasonably priced, well maintained secure storage facility.

11/1/2021 so far excellent service. We are now officially out and it is the end of November, comma they were super cool about refunding us for the payment that we paid ahead of time. I thought it was a 20 day notice but come to find out it's only a 10 day, we are out now and no issues use I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs storage and it is very secure we never had an issue. They have locations in Idaho and Washington State.

So amazing! Simple, and easy! I was able to rent online over the weekend and then I just had to show up and set up my gate password and let them copy my ID then I was good to go! And the front desk lady was so nice!!! ☺️

We couldn’t be more pleased with this Post Falls Idaho business. Customer service is absolutely beyond fantastic. So welcoming and customer focused. We were out of town on an emergency and completely missed a payment, they were so gracious and understanding of our situation. Took payment VERY late without lock out drama and allowed us to keep our unit. The facility itself is beautifully maintained. Clean. Secure. Always a fun place to stop in and just say hello. Front office always full of hot & cold drinks, snacks and small gifts. This storage place by far exceeds outstanding service.

Prices are on par with other local storage facilities but the staff goes above and beyond. They were very helpful and were the only ones to share information about deals, trailer rentals etc. They had great service and wonderful promotions!

This truly is absolutely the BEST place to rent and store your things..no matter what it is! They have VERY clean facilities. You get one if the BEST locks around, to keep when you are done. They have an enclosed trailer for you to use to make it as easy as possible...The staff is amazing and very nice and friendly. Your belongings are completely safe here and they have units with dust and weather guards on them to keep your things cleaner inside...and...NO BUGS !! My things were perfect when I got them out, and not one sign of any kind of bug in any of it, anywhere, or in the unit itself. Prices are not too high..you may find cheaper, but you will NOT find better. If your confused as to a choice..you will not regret this place!

I give them the highest rating of all storage businesses! I've used many in my life. So clean! They go above & beyond good customer service. My daughter was put in a bind beyond her control & they went far beyond just good customer service. Very friendly & they have refreshments too. They have a Keurig coffee maker & I had never used one so one of the nice ladies there did it for me. They are stellar in every way!

We were very impressed with the facilities and the friendly manager, Josh. We couldn’t help but notice how customer friendly they are. Coffee and candy are always available and any questions we have are cheerfully answered.

Nice people and a clean and secure place for storage.

Storage isn't the cheapest you can find but the units are clean. They don't do a very good job plowing the roads here in the winter (actually had to help an elderly man get unstuck while he was trying to turn around here) the units get frozen up in the winter too. No issues in the summer with anything. No pests either. I feel safe with my items being stored at this facility.

I have utilized this storage facility many many times in the past few years. The staff is fantastic! They are helpful, efficient, and always have chocolate and a smile!! I feel safe and secure with the most of my sentimental and important belongings stored there. This time I traveled alot farther round trip as I really would go no where else.

One of the best things with the new management is that they actually keep their posted hours. (No - "I'll be back in 10 min" notes). It is easy to see that the business now has people that take pride in the product they put on the market. The grounds are neat, clean and well cared for - even decorated for the seasons. Let me first say that I'm a senior over 70 and I was looking for a facility that would actually take the time to "walk me through" the process. What I discovered here is that the staff (Josh) will not only walk you though the process, but will gladly answer any and all of my questions. The staff literally sets the bar as far as I'm concern regarding customer service. Highly professional and very responsive to my needs as a "senior" using their facility. I also picked up on the staff attitude. In a word - Cheery. Meaning happy to answer customer questions. And that my friends is a very welcome change. A lot of companies make you the customer simply feel like a number. Not so here. You will find the staff running at a high level of professionalism. And it shows. My own feeling is that if I should ever have the need again to use a storage facility ~ this is the only one I would even consider. My transactions with them have been fast, fun and flawless. I doubt if I could find anything even close to their level of support. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. fs

I had a unit with the previous managers and owners and always had issues. Josh and the staff that are there now are great people and make you feel like family. The rates are great and I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a storage facility. They are very clean and easily accessible and the security is great. I have used many storage facilities in my lifetime, but never have had one so fun and friendly! I researched prices, along with what I needed and Post Falls Self Storage was the best price. Josh is a super nice guy and always very helpful. I like their texts, reminding me of my bill, although I am on auto-pay. The office always has hot chocolate or little treats, & sometimes gifts. They work hard and go the extra mile, to service their customers!
