Great facility. Was easy to find a storage unit size to fit my needs and get signed up/familiar with the facility. Staff was amazingly kind, helpful, and patient. Additionally, really appreciate the dolly cart for moving materials as well as the service elevator which definitely saved my back some agony. Facility is secure and seems safe, with plenty of lighting, cameras, and keypads for entry.

The facility is very nice and clean. The people there are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Both Lara and Celina tried so hard to get our very best deal and the closest place to our location. Part of the reason I took off one star is because the doors are quite a bit more narrow than any other storage facility we have been at. (5) We had a 10x20 unit which is 2 10x10 units that have the middle wall taken out. They left the bolt that was used to anchor the wall in. It was a terrible trip hazard. I tried to put a marker over it until we had it covered with furniture. That was the other part of the reason I took off one star.. It has a freight elevator to the second floor and hand dollies and a small cart for bigger items. It held a lot by using the "Tetris" puzzle method! We are happy with it.

I have been a tenant for over 4 years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I have had no problems, and my things in storage are doing just fine. Now if I could convert it to a tiny house and live in it, it would be perfect.

It was my mother who choose the unit. It was close to her when she was living at the Fairway Village Touchmark. The reason she wanted this unit, is it was on the second floor and it has climate control.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for several years and have nothing but good things to say about them! Chulina has been wonderful and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your experience! The cost is comparable to other vendors but I wouldn't change locations even for a discount offer somewhere else! The security in place makes me confident that my belongings will be exactly where I left them on my next visit! Please make sure you stop by and check them out!

I was cautious after reading the reviews on here. But the Fishers Landing NW Self Storage is closest so we gave it a try. Glad we did. The NEW manager, Chelina, is amazing!! She not only found us exactly what we were looking for but tacked on a GREAT special to welcome us to her lot!! She is always available for questions and is friendly and knows what she is talking about. THIS PERSON GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. WE have been at the facility for a little while now and have had nothing but good things!! Thank you Chelina and thank you to the facility for being there during uncertain times.

Steve has always been very helpful. I moved into a smaller unit and had a seamless transition. He’s a user friendly employee that would be worth duplicating. Thanks Steve!!!

Good clean facility

The front desk attendant was kind and helpful. But, my space needed to be swept and there should be a light in each unit so you can see what you are doing. For that amount of money there should be more!

I could not have asked for better customer service. They helped me a great deal to solve my dilemma. The facility is always clean. I have had a unit there for a year and a half. I have never been disappointed.

Northwest Self Storage is excellent. Their customer service is incredible, the units are clean, and I would recommend them without question.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. Their facilities are very well kept, they offer many different sizes of units, climate control options, etc. The prices are the best around, they always have great monthly rates, but pay 6 months at a time and they will give you a great discount. I have a large unit that only ends up costing me about 40 bucks a month. Killer deal. There are two entrances to the facility, both gated with pin code entry, they have plenty of security cams, and you can put 2 locks on your unit, so you can be sure your stored possessions will be safe and secure. Also, the management and staff are very friendly and helpful. 5/5, two thumbs up, round of applause.
