Went to pay my bill today and just wanted to say thank you to Belinda. She is always willing to help and has the best customer service!! Belinda is the only reason I stay!

I was in the military and started renting from this storage facility over 20 years ago—-I know I have spent a lot of miney with them—probably enough to have purchased a small home. That is neither here nor there—I just want recognize one of their employees Ms Belinda. She has been so courteous and professional with handling my storage needs and situation. She is always so polite. She sends me a courtesy reminder as well as a phone call. I appreciate it since I am not in the local area. I just wanted to recognize her professionalism and dedication to customer service.

Good storage facility and prices are very reasonable, manager on site and dogs come out at night after business hours, definitely puts my mind at ease knowing there’s no funny business going on we’re I keep my stuff

This facility has been one of the most reputable storage facilities I've ever leased from. Not only does everyone I know In that area, know, how well they can conduct business, I've never heard of anyone, not, speaking so highly of these guys. Belinda, the onsite manager, is an amazing... AMAZING manager. She's caring, takes the time to reach out personally and has always addressed an issue of mine, promptly.. Almost immediately. I would deff recommend these guys to anyone!! I had a unit here for almost 2 years... And just now moving out and finally got a rental islncdease

Phenomenal place

Best price for a 10x10 that I could find between Tacoma and Fife, and Maria was amazing! She is incredibly friendly on the phone and in-person. Their hours are good too.

Great place

Incredibly friendly workers. We ran into an incident which postponed our uhaul pick up but they made sure we didn’t lose our truck. To add she even offered to let us drop off after hours, which we never had to but it was a nice offer. Very outgoing and willing to work with customers, would absolutely recommend!

Laura was so friendly and kind! She made renting a unit a pleasure. She was sure to remind me access hours are 7am to 9pm so i never get locked out last minute.

LJ was the sweetest person! She set me up with everything I needed, and was the perfect professional. She knew all the answers to my questions, offered me really great information, and really was a pleasure to talk to. She's the best, absolutely recommend because of her.

LJ is the manager down here she is very friendly and has given me security knowing my stuff is safe. She also is very clear if I have any questions about my bill and they have great prices! I'm grateful to have found this place!

I've never been more pleased since L J took over, she knows the business, and is constantly keeping things up, I trust her with my business and I feel safe more than ever there now. Building relationships in the storage business is half the battle and makes life much easier when someone in charge knows how to handle everything, no worries here. Im a happy camper

Rented my original unit with Josh, which was an easy process and met LJ on the facility. I asked about a larger unit and she was suuuuper nice. I really appreciate her genuine honest and realistic personality. She helped me get a larger size unit with a discount and enough time to transfer and really discuss the policies.

After a long day wasted searching for a uhaul she made it happen So amazed by LJ she turned my horrible day into a amazing day shes so kind and understanding and gave me every deal she could i went for a uhaul truck and ended up with a larger more affordable storage unit as well paying half of what i was paying for a smaller unit!! People could learn some amazing customer service skills from her!!! Thank you LJ

LJ is the best manager. I've been renting here for several years and every day she is out doing something for the facility. Great person to talk to, very knowledgeable and friendly. LJ helped me when I rented my unit a month ago and stayed late to make sure I got everything I needed. This month she was here again when I came in and she does it all here. No waiting for somebody to show up next wednesday to cut my lock which I lost the key for. She switched hats from office to maintenance and had me in , in a jiffy. Pnce again she provided me with a new option to keep my spare key on file pn site. Shes the greatest

LJ and Josh are an excellent team and are really fixing this place up from the previous managers. They've updated security tremediously while maintaining lowest prices in the area. Great for parking. Great customer service. And all around great facility.

Great location and awesome service!

This place has been great, the new manager, LJ, makes you feel right at home about doing business with the company. Rentals are clean, affordable and well worth it. Uhauls are much easier to rent that going thru the website.

This facility is under new owership and management. Manager LJ is top-notch when it comes to customer service. She prorated the rent for the time I needed the unit. The office and grounds are being upgraded.The property is much improved since I last visited 1 yr ago under the past owner. And last but not least the prices are low.

*UPDATE* I moved out after almost 2 yrs here. During that time I moved out of my original units twice, into different sized units based on my needs. Every move regarding paperwork, when Melissa was involved, was super simple. No hassle from start to finish, from my first unit until I left. Melissa in the office was the BEST. The previous weekend employee was nice but definitely not the brightest. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. Melissa always straighten things out but still hassle free for me. The last new girl in there I didn't have too much contact with but she was okay though. Prices went up with new owners, not mom and pop pricing anymore. *original post* 4 stars Simple services at a decent rate. Not open weekends, until January 2018.
