Totally my kind of storage. The new manager accidentally got some of my info wrong so he gave me a month with no fee and allowed me to move to a different unit to reorganize. Top notch.kind and considerate.

Great place to store! The ladies in the office are always so helpful and nice! They have free coffee for cold days and water for hot ones. The property is always clean and well maintained. I truly felt my stuff in storage was safe here with people that truly care.

Upon our first visit to Valley East Self Storage, My wife and I were extremely satisfied with both the friendliness of the staff, as well as the appearance of the storage facility grounds. It made us feel like our belongings would be safe and treated with care.

Nice facility in a quiet neighborhood. The aisles are wide and the office is welcoming. When it's hot, there is free bottled water. When it's cold, there is free hot coffee. It's nice knowing that there are cameras monitoring the property and my free lock is sturdy. It was nice not to go through the hassle of finding a lock in addition to getting storage. It was a one stop shop. Saved time and money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities is very well maintained and if there is an issue, they are very quick to get it resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking for a storage solution.

Valley East Self Storage is a wonderful facility! We have stored our motor home here for 2 plus years and have nothing but great things to say about everyone we have done business with. It's sad they are doing away with the motor home/boat outside storage but we are very happy for the business as they are expanding their rentals units as they are in high demand. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

The staff here are very nice every time we visit. I receive a friendly reminder email for an upcoming due date. Very helpful on finding a new location for our trailer, while their expanding the storage units.

I am beyond thrilled that Jeanine helped me with my RV parking spot. I moved over to Spokane Valley from the Seattle area due to some unfortunate circumstances and was staying at an in-laws house. My new neighbor was not fond of my parking on a public road near his home and tried to have my van towed. When I found this business it was the middle of the month and Jeanine pro-rated the amount based on that, which doesn't happen everywhere. While I was signing paperwork we talked about my move, if I had found a job and where I was staying. She gave some suggestions and I was thankful that she was looking out for my genuine well being. It was nice to have a great conversation with someone in a town where I didn't know anyone. People like Jeanine are rare these days and I would absolutely recommend this business to everyone based on my experience. The prices are reasonable (cheaper than most big businesses), the location is great and my van was never broken into. If I could give more than five stars I certainly would. -Charles Jensen

Recently moved from a house to an apartment and quickly found out I had way too much stuff. Valley East has the cheapest units around. They were super quick and hassle free. I highly recommend!

Needed storage FAST and Jeanine got me set up and taken care of. She went above and beyond, even getting me a bottled water 😁 . The facility is in the perfect location between Sullivan Rd in the Valley and Liberty Lake and the rates are great. Love the "early pay" incentives.

This is Tina Hall and we rent one of the LARGEST Units at Valley East Self Storage. I absolutely adore the staff. They made renting a breeze!! When we accidentally leave our unit locked open, they notify us. I look forward to continuing to do business with them and I highly recommend them!

I picked this place because they had good reviews and they weren't wrong. From my first phone call, I had awesome customer service. The owner walked me out to the unit and made sure all my questions were answered. The best service I have had in a long time! I was also told I could checkout and use an enclosed trailer or hand trucks for my move. I am very pleased!

Best storage place I've ever experienced. The customer service is phenomenal, truly world class! Couldn't recommend a better storage place in all of Washington or Idaho.

I am sorry I don't remember the ladies name that helped us but she was GREAT!!! We went in on Saturday at 2PM. The site office closes at 2. The door was already locked but she opened the door and talked to us about the different sheds available and took us to see one. She was also able to offer a special deal to save us money. I rented the shed on the spot. She went over and above and I was very pleased with the service. They give you a free lock for your unit and the office also offers bottled water & coffee and a restroom for their customers. There is also a trailer on site that is available for customer to use free of charge to move stuff. Customer service and amenities are above and beyond what I have found out there. The security is great and rates were better then others I checked! I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for storage.

I have never had a storage unit, so I was a little leary at first. But I am thrilled with the friendly staff! They always have a smile, chocolates, and anything else I might need. They helped me find a moving company with a business card they had on file. They have monthly drawings for gift cards for people who pay the rent in advance - I even won already! I feel like more of a friend than a tenant here. Thanks for everything!

I have rented both a garage and rv space and I am very happy with both. There units are very clean and easy to access at an affordable rate. I would definitely recommend them.
