Well, what can I say other than not only am I employed by this company, I too rent a storage unit; but most importantly, my tenants are awesome!!

The hours of access to your unit are great. 6am-10pm daily. I have yet to see a worker there. But the property is clean. And secure

Few management changes but the actual property manager is awesome. Please don't get rid of josh been here a long time and he's the best so far. Don't have to worry about my unit being broken into and he's always on top of anything I might need or goes out of his way to fulfill any requests. Wheres your whitty signs?

The funny signs the manager josh put up brought me in. Best decision I ever made very clean manager quick to respond and cares about the security of the storage. Hands down 4 stars. Put up a new message lol.

We used All Spanaway for about a year and never had anything but the beset customer service. The facilities are clean and well kept. Very happy with them.

Been renting here for 3 years. Secured and clean facility. I am moving out of state otherwise i will always store my stuff here. Great staff (Josh). Always ready to help whether in location or by phone. Highly recommended if you are in the Spanaway or nearby area.

Josh is absolutely amazing!!!!! He went above and beyond to take care of our moving needs and making sure We got the right size unit prepared for our cross country move! Will definitely to all my other friends with storage needs To come here first!!!

these guys are great but who evers doing your billboard advertisement could use some improvment. I can almost guarantee if you put Big Chungus Fanclub on display it would resonate more with the youth and i personally am exctied to do buisness with anyone that supports big chungus. This Company and the employees are so easy going, easy to work with and very helpful! Joshua is very quick to respond and take care of any issues that you may have. He actually waived the fees normally associated with not giving a 30 day notice to vacate. How helpful is that during the financial struggles many are having during COVID!!! ?? Unlike other companies that won't budge and do not care. I did everything online, the rental, the lease agreement and the termination of my lease! So simple! Love this business!

Great place to store stuff. I've been storing our stuff there for 10 years. Not one issue in all these years.

Safe and secure

Clean buildings, seems well monitored, they're a bit pricey but it's better than putting your stuff outside it the elements.

Amazing staff! Went through a divorce with Justine gribble. She had a separate unit where she kept all over our belongings of value that I bought in our relationship TVs, pictures, passports etc. She even took my dogs. We had another unit which she changed the locks on so I had no access. I tried sending her all of her belongings one truck load at a time and then she refused all delivery. The staff at all spannaway storage are probably some of the nicest people you will meet. Justine will probably never be back until she starts cheating on her 4th husband and gets caught and plays a victim again. She made 100k off of the house in sold and her settlement. She will be just fine. Highly recomend all spannaway storage. Thank you for all your help. My belongings can be found at various good wills across tacoma.

Ive been storing my stuff here for over a year. Their pricing is in the same range as others in the area. Mine is an inside unit, 5x10 (i think)but they have really high ceilings though, so you can stack s bit more. In the time I've been here, the cost has only gone up i believe by 9 dollars.

LIke 'em so much, we have FOUR units! We moved to Elk Plain in June, 2013, moving three 10'x20" storage units from Normandy Park (600sf total) to two 10'x30' units here (also 600sf). In short order (auctions), we ended up with a third 10'x30' unit (total 900sf) so we were paying the same amount here for 900sf that we were paying for 600sf in King County. OK, we've now added a 10'x10' unit (don't judge). We love Kim, the office manager, too.
