Storage for boats, rvs and stuff. Heavily gated which is awesome. Wide enough roads to accommodate the rvs as well

It’s not everyday I leave a review for a storage rental business, however NW Self Storage in Ridgefield was nothing short of a perfect experience. Everything is clean, professional and the staff was super helpful. I had the unit for almost two years. Billing was easy, always got a statement and on time. Etc etc… BUT, the real differentiator for me was their focus on safety. I cleaned most of my stuff out a couple weeks back but couldn’t get everything. I needed a lock for the truck I was loading, decided to use the one from my locker and leave the rest of my things there unlocked until I could come back a week later. That was about 8pm. The next morning I received and email and a call explaining they saw my locker had no lock and they put one on as a courtesy. It was literally 13 hours from leaving they had discovered this, took the initiative to lock it up and then alert me. For a storage place to be on the ball like that? Nothing short of first class!! Thank you guys! I hope everyone uses your services. Top notch!

Jessica was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Helped my wife and I find the right unit to fit our needs and even saved us time and energy by relocating our Penske truck return to her location there in Ridgefield, saving us from having to go 30 minutes out of the way. Awesome experience!

All outside entry units so no real climate control even if they claim it. Over priced in my opinion, but nice and new at this point. Be wary of the overly long screws sticking out of the walls that are just part of the way it's built.
I've been renting here since the day they opened a few years ago. The units are clean, access great, and the staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. Makes it easy when you know there is always someone there to answer the phone or lend a hand. Very highly recommended.

Great place to rent a Penske truck
I needed a small truck to move some items from the house into storage. Jessica made it very easy. She scheduled a 16’ Penske that was almost brand new. I was able to reserve it a couple days in advance. I’m moving day I checked it out, did the move, and return the truck. Everything was straightforward and simple.
Exceptional customer service!
In preparing for a multi-step move, I needed to select among various storage units for the appropriate sizes to meet my needs. Jessica was extremely helpful in showing me the various units and explaining the options that I need to consider. I was able to select a 7.5 x 10 in the environmentally controlled section of the facility that was perfect. All of the units that I saw were very clean and the door mechanism very easy to use.

Jessica is so nice and caring. She was able to get into a perfect covered stall for our 5th Wheel. Easy in and out. Go and check them out.

One example is that I drove all the way from Bend,OR to Ridgfield, WA and forgot my key and she helped us go through the proper channels (locksmith) to gain access.
