Its a metal box, its Dry and Secure enough said. What makes this location special is the staff. Tanya and (Louise Wed & Thurs) make it soo easy and they both are great people. Tanya lives onsite 24-7 and knows everything and everyone going in and out of this facility. This is far better than any alarm or drive buy security. For those worried about flooding this place was high and dry during the floods of 2021. Hint for everyone; Tanya loves a bag of candy for her desk.

This is a good storage facility, I had a unit for about 6 years here. The people in the office are always nice and the place is clean and looks good. I only just switched facilities because I moved away. I had nothing but a good experience here.

Nice Folks. Rented to me right away. My situation changed, they were understanding. Refunded me the next day including the non- refundable $$'s even though I said " please keep it for your trouble and helping me". Coded gate, felt secure there.

The onsite manager there was the nicest and she is very much appreciated her and her husband because we were using our headlights because we stayed past their closing hour and our battery died and they helped us I letting a stay longer and by jumping our vehicle A +++

Clean dry secure, only issue I heard was after 9 on the weekends if your locked in you have to call police to get out.

The NW rep was very helpful in signing us to an unit. He gave us an 2nd code in case it didn't work to let us in since it was a holiday & no one was in the office. The 2nd code worked because the 1st one did not! We brought our own lock but it was too long so had to buy one at a local store. The 10X20 unit was clean & large enough to fit our things for moving. It helped that he prorated the monthly fee for the month. Thank you!

I've rented at this location since well before it became Northwest Self Storage, and I have to admit that change is one thing i am not comfortable with. When I learned of the change in management / ownership, I instantly became apprehensive. I asked a million questions, which *Tianne answered every one of. Her professional, no nonsense, yet kind and understanding approach convinced me to stay put and see what happens. I am glad I did. Taking my business anywhere else would have been a grave mistake. Tianne , along with Northwest Self Storage, maintains a clean , well managed, and SECURE facility, and that is priceless.

The manager was extremely accommodating to my special circumstances when It came time to move out. I really appreciate their attitude and the quick response to emails. The only reason I am moving out is because I personally moved 5 hours away, otherwise they would have my business until the day I died.
