We have consistently used this storage facility for years. They have always been good and fair. They are very pleasant and nice. Units are always clean and maintained facility.

My (grown) son helped me fill out the info online to rent the most recent storage unit, thank goodness! It was a bit confusing. I'm having to downsize due to the sizable rent increase. Edited: Raised rating to five stars following positive conversation with the manager.

This is our second time using the Camas Washington 'Northwest Self Storage'. The managers are great. Wonderful service.

Clean, well-maintained grounds. They monitor the area closely. The units are clean and come in a variety of sizes. Super convenient location. Got a good deal on the internet, and although we booked our unit over the 4th, the owner called on the weekend to make sure we had our gate codes, even though the office itself was closed!

Great staff! And prices as well!

Donald and Gaillyn are nice office managers but there are no security cameras and last time I was here the main gate was broke because the motor needed to be repaired in there waiting for the repair man So you get what you pay for. Once was billed for a month I'd paid for and didn't believe me. Thats why you keep your receipts!! Did apologize though, but shoddy operation.

The proprietors of this facility are so nice and accommodating, reason enough to rent storage here. The facility is sparkling clean and well-maintained, and the office is very nicely organized. The on-line billing is great, very easy to use and navigate. There is good access to the property and to the storage units. From my experience, this business rates an A+ .

The team here is amazing! They are so friendly and nice... very personable people. The units and grounds are clean and kept up. I had 3 storage units here recently and there was no evidence of rodents at all ( although the rodent control devices are located on the outside of the buildings as they should be. But to be on the safe side.... just never, ever put food or food products in your storage units. :)

Great staff and super clean environment..... just one hitch.......there is specific times in which you have access to your belongings.... it's hard for people who work all day and dont have the ability to get into unit during the day prior to 8pm
