Absolutely respectful and helpful, while being understanding! Perfect drive up to storage units, with timers on the lights and next to the police dept. couldn’t be a better storage business in camas!!! 5 stars for the gate system and customer service!

Great staff! Very nice and personable! Mistakenly left my bag out and they found and secured. Realized late the next day and was pleased it was still there and secure.

Friendly staff

Easily accessible during hours, some of the storage unit doors are difficult to shut and lock though. If visiting late, CHECK CLOSING HOURS you may lock your vehicle inside the gated facility. Located close to the Camas Police department.

I've been a long renter here and just emptied my storage because we are moving out of the local area. Management is excellent and keeps the area clean. Prices are fair! I would recommend to everyone looking for a storage.

Excellent customer service!

I don’t usually do reviews or have the time but i felt this was necessary. I was doing some storage shopping today and stopped by Iron Guard Storage and just WOW. Out of all the storage places I’ve been to, this property is so clean and customer service was excellent. Really nice assistant manager, she welcomed me with a friendly smile and handled every question I had for her. I’m not looking to store until October, but I will be coming back to Iron Guard when time comes. It’s such a nice refreshment to see a business as friendly and easy as this one.

Great management, clean property. We got a storage unit for my mother and they helped her with every question and were so sweet and friendly. 100% would recommend Iron Guard Storage. Lisa and Katie make you feel like family.

Excellent customer service!

I moved from Tennessee and found Iron Guard Storage on the internet. Since the first moment I met Lisa at the storage facility it has been a great experience!!! They have been very patient with me as we waited for our furniture to arrive. I definitely recommend this business if you have storage needs.

Love this storage facility. So easy to use! Online payments, gate code access, located in a secure place- behind the police station lol, they sell locks here too. Just wish they had lock cutters but eh turned out i didnt lose my key after all haha. Went away for about 2 years and all our stuff was in good condition still and nothing stolen or broken. They also routinely check the rooms because when I emptied out the room before going to conpletely cancel the lady/manager contacted me to ask about it. Great at customer service. If I needed to store my stuff again, I would use them for sure.

I think the girls name was Katy. She was very sweet and helpful. She walked me through multiple units and answered every question I had. Very nice management

I was SO appreciative that the manager was willing to open a bit early, since I had mistaken the time the office would open!!! We thought we were going to have to sit there and wait 2 hours!!! Thank you Mgr.!
