Clean, secure facility, with friendly employees. Well maintained. They've had a few mechanical failures over the years with the gates, but were quick to fix it. I was able to get ahold of someone after hours, and the problem was fixed promptly. Edit: this business is under new ownership now, but the facility is still very clean, safe and well kept. They have an easy to navigate online payment system for your monthly bill. Overall a nice facility. Prices are creeping up but that's happening at storage units all over nowadays.

They were very easy to deal with. Doug, the manager at their Woodburn Oregon location, was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. After showing me the spaces that were available, it was only a matter of a few minutes until I could start to move items into my unit. I will most likely be renting a space from them for a long time.

The manager of Easy In Woodburn Oregon is very professional. His name is Doug. He is very congenial in what he does. I strongly recommend "Easy Storage" to others simply because of the way I was treated with the utmost respect while conducting business with me. Terry's a good manager and after I started to move into my storage locker and realized and realized I got the wrong size he quickly help me change to a more suitable storage locker. Very polite fessional friendly can you get the feeling you takes care of you when you go in there and talk to him, I definitely recommend them.

Their storage units are very clean, dry, and no bugs or spider webs. The people in the office are friendly and easy to work with, and the biggest difference between this and the other local storage facility's is that this one is super affordable!!!!
