Convenient location, good parking, good lighting, and clean storage units. However, they hit us with a big rent increase just a few months after we rented our unit.

Renting the unit over the phone was very easy. The representative, Luis, was kind enough to call me back at a request the time when I was available to complete the rental. The manager of the storage facility is very kind and friendly and also helpful and did an excellent job Orienting me to the facility. It is very clean and tidy and feels very safe. I look forward to using my new storage unit.

Local management is fantastic, approachable and helpful. The facilities are clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, corporate control over local matters discourages use at times. Downsizing a unit to save money (big rate increases) creates issues where your credit cannot be used for the new unit. Hence you pay for two units waiting for a refund check in the mail from corporate, yes still waiting. Customers do not get informed of security issues in any timely manner because of corporate control relying on local social media to spread the word. Local management is not blame they look out for customers first.

I needed to store some of my daughter's college things after she moved from school. Jessica Edwards was the manager of the Northwest Self Storage in Wilsonville. She was wonderful at getting us set up in a unit and even had a lock we could buy to keep our stuff safe. She even offered us insurance on the unit in the event of theft or fire. We are going to recommend this storage place to our friends and family. Thank again Jessica for going over and explaining everything on the contract to us.

Not sure what to say I thought it was the best option at first , I haven't been there very long an they have already raised the rent , I was angry at first, but I found out that's all you need to do is voice your concerns and if at all possible they are willing to try to address all of your concerns, and will work with you if possible ♡ The people that work here are friendly an helpful an the owners have it setup to do what they need to protect your things . They have all of your Storage needs covered , I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage!

Seems like a secure way to store expensive stuff. Not five stars due to the fire safety of the building. Emergency exits are not clearly marked for a fire escape route. (Sounds silly right? But that place is built like a giant pizza oven, it's going to get hot so fast.)

This is the best storage unit I've ever rented from. Very large covered parking area perfect for Oregon weather. Working elevator with 2 push carts for use. Gate code to enter elevator, no stairs access from outside in. Can exit from stairs. Climate controlled storage facility. Units are clean, large enough to fit most storage needs. Mine was a 5x5x10, and I filled it yo the ceiling. Staff are friendly. Prices are very good, probably the best I saw in the area, considering how nice this place is. Restrooms are inside, use gate code at elevator pad to unlock the door.

Just Store It is a great storage place. It's always clean and they even have a tenant-accessible bathroom. Whenever I need to rent storage space, I use these guys.

Just Store-It! is a locally run indoor storage facility. The ladies that staff it are friendly, kind, and understanding. The storage units come in a few different sizes and the prices are very reasonable. My father is a bit of a pack rat (I inherited the trait sadly!) and this is the only place we go to for our storage. My mother recently moved back with my father and we stored her stuff there that we couldn't fit in my daddy's house. The units themselves are temp controlled and supervised for suspicious activity. They are mostly clean when you get a new unit. If not, they'll help you get it swept out. Overall, this storage facility is a pretty good deal. Great for temp controlled storage. Just be aware that it is Temp Controlled and that you'll be paying a bit more for that luxury!

oooh... I just took a tour of the place...its niiiice! Its open to rent but still looks like they are working on things. Its awesome tho - looks more like apartments than storages hehe
