Self Storage, as anyone who has had the need for it in their life, can and will attest, that the myriad of self storage sites one has to choose from, can be a hugely daunting and subjective experience. YMMV from business to business. That being said, my own experience here with Victoria at the helm has been nothing short of “a highly positive experience”. Seamless to begin with and very easy going and laid back approach towards any transactions in front of house regarding my questions or concerns. Victoria is highly approachable with a high regard and built-in ethic towards detail and shines in her interpersonal, problem solving, and listening skills. She has always been super kind and willing to answer any questions you might have no matter how busy she might be at that moment. You will always be greeted like family to her 😊 If you have need of storage, in a very secure, clean and solidly run place, look this site up! You can’t go wrong

Excellent customer service and very clean units! Victoria is amazing!! I felt heard and she answered all my questions completely! While reading the contract closely I felt like the company is a little deceptive because it says that in three months after you signed the contract they can raise the rates in your unit! Before you sign a rental agreement with this company make sure to read the contract carefully. I honestly think they would honor the price for the unit for a year before raising it or at least advertise correctly by saying after three months the price of the unit will go up to this amount. That is the only reason I gave it three stars. If it was based just on Victoria I would have given five + stars! I would not of rented a unit there if it wasn’t for Victoria! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the cleanedt storage place ive ever been to. The young lady that assisted me was Victoria. She was knowledgeable and very nice. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Several times I was confused about sizes needs or other things and Miss Victoria was always gracious, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me. She was cheerful all the time and I could really tell she genuinely wanted to help me. She was so caring I made it a point to stop in the office to see her when I could. She keeps her property clean and well maintained! If I hadn’t moved out of state I’d still be there.

Awesome deals, easy to find, and the sweet lady who works there has gone above and beyond to help us with whatever we may need!
