The staff(Ally) was terrific. Very friendly and efficient yet thorough. The site is easy to get to and move your RV around. What impressed me the most was the clean weed-free parking surface. Everything is orderly and neat. I very highly recommend as the rates are the best in area.

Just rented a new unit from this location in Terrebonne, and Aly was amazing. I had applied online and by noon the next day we were putting the stuff in the storage unit. It seems more and more these days its hard to find good customer service and she went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and efficient. Very glad we were able to rent from her!

I have rented 2 storage units from this facility as well as dropped off and rented Uhaul trucks here. I have had nothing but great experiences during all of them. The manager Aly is very friendly, kind and helpful as well as efficient. She returns all phone calls made to her. When you book a truck or storage unit, you get a confirmation immediately. Had to rent a large unit for my mom who is moving out here in about 3 weeks. Bobbie was an absolute jewel to deal with and very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She got me set up quickly and painlessly. Took extra measures and precautions for both her and my safety during this COVID19 time which was noticed and appreciated. Would gladly recommend this storage facility!!!!
