Everything is good except the car they allow to be parked near a certain unit. I happens to be where I need to turn to leave. I have to keep backing up to make the turn without hitting the car. Not sure why it’s not parked elsewhere.

Very patient and helpful. Lady up front helped me transfer to a bigger unit after I rented one that was too small. A lot of computer work for her, but she didn’t complain. Much appreciated.

My experience with storage units are not mentionable. However the lady at Northwest self storage on Olympic made my stay there comfortable. Always happy and smiling. Very pleasant to interact with. Oh my goodness this place is amazing! So reasonably priced the staff is so helpful and friendly. Everything is nice and clean. Best place I’ve ever been to. If you go anywhere else your missing out. I thought it was kinda cool the manager and I have the same last name. :)

The younger, manager, was so very nice! She was training a new employee, having her input my information and teaching her with so much patience and, again, was so nice, explaining the steps of the process and how to resolve an error. I'm so glad I chose the Springfield, Olympic street location. I know how nice they are and that's a pretty big deal these days! They sure relieved a lot of stress off of me by making the process so smooth.😊

This is the second time ive got a storage from this location. And let me tell you the manager there is the best.the first time i had a storage unit there covid hit i lost my job. And she worked with me. Some of my friends who stored there stuff other places lost everything. As long as i kept in touch and maid payments regularly she never pressured me. Or said she was going to get ride of my unit if i didn't pay. Thats customer service. She is friendly and always has a smile on her face. She will forever have my business.

I decided I wanted to rent a unit here 20 min before they close, the lady that answered the phone was SOOOOOOOOO awesome she helped me thru everything and I got it all finished in time, sure made it so I could get my moving truck back sooner and for that alone she's the best!!! If you need a storage in Eugene/Springfield do yourself a favor a go here but set it up on-line and save yourself A BUNCH of money!!! Trust me you'll thank me😉

Very friendly people made it easy and fast to get in to a unit. Units are reasonably priced. Nice private location with access gate. I would recommend using them if you need to store some things asap.

I'd highly recommend Northwest Self Storage, on Olympic St, in Springfield. We have never had a bad experience there. It gives us peace of mind knowing our belongings are safe. I've never seen garbage or litter anywhere on the grounds. But more importantly the customer service is exceptionally top notch. I believe the lady's name is is Marcy. She's always friendly and helpful. Not just with us. But I've been in the office when she's answered the phone. I worked in customer service for 35 yrs. I was the moderator of many classes on customer service and phone etiquette. I can only hope that I inspired my employees to do their job as well as Marcy does. Her phone etiquette and professionalism is spot on. She definitely should be acknowledged for job performance and professionalism.

I feel very lucky to have found Northwest Self Storage! I called around multiple places around town and Northwest had the cheapest rates! Marci at the front desk was amazing hooking me up with 50% off my first three months! She was very helpful showing me around and explaining policies. The units are very clean and the property is fully secure.

Marcie the manager always has a pleasant attitude and is awesome to work with. This was my first storage unit and she made the process easy to understand, was willing to answer my questions, and made the move in/move out process incredibly easy. I will definitely be back if I need another unit!

This is such a well kept place. Everything is clean, and dry in the units. The staff is very friendly, and will notify you if you forget to make a payment. I highly recommend using this facility if you have storage needs.

My daughter made the initial call and after Marcy asked her some questions about our needs she then gave us a unit with a price I could afford without stress or worry . We are temporarily displaced and just knowing the burden of extra cost is tough she lightened my worry !
