This storage facility is highly recommended from me after dealing with the terrible service from u-haul down the street. Kimberly in the office was a huge help. She was able to show me my options, pricing and any fees up front. She was very nice and helped with any and all questions we had. The storage I went with was spacious, heated and insured for under $100. If you live in the Sherwood, OR area this storage facility is a good choice, just avoid U-Haul on Sherwood-Tualatin Road at all costs!

Northwest Self Storage is a company that has been buying up every Self-Storage in the in the state of Oregon and once they get in they allow people to rent cheap the first few months and then Jack their rent up higher and higher and higher

Movers arrived on time and the communication leading up to the day of the move was great. I made last minute changes and added a stop but it was no problem. The movers were fast and professional. They made sure to protect the banister and flooring and wrapped up items to take extra care of them. They move went smoothly and was faster than I expected. The crew was great and put our beds together, tables etc at our new home which was a big help. I would highly recommend Budget Movers and will use them again.

Moving to this location from other location more distant from home, found the sign up process easy especially given the expertise of the site manager, Kimberly. The facility is well maintained, extremely clean, as was the storage unit we selected. And the price was very competitive. Highly recommended.

We have been using this storage location for many years. This facility is very clean and safe. We have never had any issues with our belongings. Kimberly is a great manager. She is very knowledgeable and always helpful to answer all our questions. She took the time to show us different units when we were not sure what size we would need when we needed a new unit. I highly recommend this facility.

It’s easy to say that it’s clean, convenient and priced fairly, and all that is true. What I appreciate, and I’m not exactly sure how to say this, is the proactive approach to making sure that things are as they should be. I’m storing a couple specialty vehicles. And I’ve recently had a vehicle stolen. Before I could store my cars I had to provide solid proof of ownership; copies of the title, registration and insurance. When I asked why such thorough proof of ownership is necessary, I was told that it’s a step towards preventing the storage of stolen cars. I support that completely. Also, Kimberly was delightful, and she gave me candy!

Kimberley was very helpful with showing me the unit, explaining procedures and explaining the documents. Facility appears clean and organized.

We've had a handful of storage units (both climate-controlled and not) at this NW Self Storage location in recent years. The entire area is fenced and entry is controlled with passwords, and the units were clean when we rented. The local manager, Kimberly, provided excellent support and made the reservation and rental process very easy and pleasant. We recommend this facility.

The gentlemen that helped me seemed like he was being trained that day. he had a good attitude and was easy to deal with, the the lady that was training him or helping him with me was great! She helped him through the process and she was really nice to him and me both and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I've been storing a number of my sculptures at NW Storage in Sherwood and have been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly and professional staff the during the whole time. I have just removed my pieces and after five years they were all in perfect condition. Highly recommend them.

I have been with Northwest self storage in Sherwood for several years. They are always friendly, professional and willing to work with you. Kimberly the manager is exceptional. Listens to your needs and works hard to accommodate you. I certainly will stay with them. As a second review I have to add again their outstanding service and the manager's willingness to problem solve. What could have been an expensive outcome she turned into an almost free result.10 stars.

We just rented a unit and Kimberly showed us around like we were on the RED CARPET. The facility was very clean and the indoor storage was heated too. The cost of our unit was very cheap. We paid for an entire years storage for little cost. I would suggest you look at North West Self Storage for your next storage rental unit. Oh, and their hours of gate access is from 7AM-9PM 7 days a week, such a long time!

I have had my storage for over 3 years and they are the best. I have seen storage facilities that are not managed well but at NW Self Storage they have gone beyond my expectations. Clean, well maintained place. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable, it's easy to find the size and type of storage needed and they also sell locks if you don't have one of your own. Easy access, you can go in any time until 9 pm with your PIN code for the electronic gate.

We left our worldly possessions in storage while out of the country for two years. Not concerned in the least with Fred on the job! Great experience at every point.

Absolutely Fabulous - start to finish! I moved from AZ and did not know for sure the exact date we would arrive. NW Self Storage was the only location that held a unit for me. When I arrived the paperwork was smooth, the office person was SO nice and she even took me to the unit personally the first time. The place is unbelievably immaculately clean. I rented temperature controlled and you could eat off the floor! When the unit I rented was too small, NW Self Storage quickly offered up a second smaller unit right near by. I could not have asked for an easier experience. There were carts for unloading and wide isles for our big truck. Everything went perfect. As you can see, I am a VERY satisfied customer. I never write reviews, but I thought this one was a must!

Great friendly service It was absolutely delightful working with the people at Northwest self storage. I was able to use there free truck with furniture dolly and moving blankets to move all me furniture. I was even able to throw out a couple things in the dumpster that they had on site. They really made the moving process painless

Need 1 more computer for checking in new customers. Would give a 5 on customer service but i was in a hurry with an hour left to unpack 3 vehicles on the front desk only has 1 system AND were training a new person. Check in went verrry slow.

Packed & moved ALONE; 36 hrs+!. Fred welcomed me to my unit;) Movers on the other end did not show on our hottest weekend.. .distraught, but had to fill this lovely PENSKE rig and did so. Found Sherwood Storage & Fred to become the silver lining in this cloud. Still must find help to unload, but PENSKE has extended my time over an historic heat wave and The Fourth of July. Grateful for accommodations at a nice, clean, frugal inn. Whew!! New deposits due to pay for life after what could have been a nightmare but is not because of all the good folk. Thank U.

They were willing to work with me on a very truncated scheduled because of an unexpected and urgent need for storage. The manager, Fred, was friendly and courteous, and made every effort to get me signed in and to give me access to my unit as soon as possible. This was also easily the best rate I found for the unit size in the metro area. I was very happy with my overall experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for short or long term storage.

Great Prices! Clean Secure Grounds and Storage! Fantastic Customer Service!! We live in SW Portland and picked this facility because of the reviews we read and the pricing even though its a bit of a drive for us. It was worth it!!! We just moved in a little over a month ago and have had to take many trips out there (we are downsizing), every time the grounds are clean, storage facility is secure and very clean, they have indoor and outdoor units....and Fred is so friendly and professional!! I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I am impressed! There is also online bill pay option which is great!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Service was a bit slower than I would have liked. There was a problem getting through the gate with my code. The gate would not open for me no matter how many times I tried. I pushed the call button for the manager quite a number of times, but got no response, so I had to back up, park, and go into the office to ask for help. Finally, 10-15 minutes later, I was able to get through the gate. As I was leaving the facility, before I got to the gated exit, I was stopped by staff who said the gate was still not working and she would have to let me out. I have not yet been back again to see if this is still a problem.

Fred was excellent to work with! This was our second choice from the one he had picked out the week before. Public Storage in Hillsboro was a disaster! No parking, poor customer service, and REQUIRED insurance for our belongings! Advertised at $35/mth. + $9 for their insurance?? I don't think so.Total false advertising! Sherwood Storage was professional, followed up with us, confirmed we understood everything about it, and was top notch customer service. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. I feel very safe and secure knowing Fred is there, and that the facility is run so well. Kudos to management (Fred) in caring about your customers. If they have a spot, take it! It's affordable, and clean.

Five star storage We were all set to go with one of the big national storage chains, but they tried to pull some last-minute price-switching on us. Luckily, we didn't have to move in that day, so we passed on it. We were glad it didn't work out, because it led us to Sherwood Storage, where we got a better rate, with better service, at a better location, in a newer & better facility!! Plus they have what has to be the best onsite manager in the business! Fred is top notch! Friendly, courteous, informed, and eager to help in any way he can! Five stars.

Awesome Facility I can't say enough about how wonderful Fred the manager is to work with at this facility. It is clean, well looked after, there is always someone on site and the price is right! You can pay over the phone, in person and online. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking of a quality facility to store belongings at and or RV's, cars, etc.
