It's a storage unit place, gate worked, in and out. No trash. Helped my friend store some old furniture while moving.

Hannah is the best to work with! She was extremely hospitable, treating me like a friendly neighbor would. I like the fact that each storage unit has its own entry code.

I rented a storage unit through Northwest Self Storage's online platform. The process was quick and easy to follow. The onsite associate helped me with a lock which I felt helped save me time. The storage unit was clean and easy to access. So far it has been a very positive experience. :)

I had a good experience the only complaint was that there seemed to be a wall of moveable plywood between my storage unit and the next but on the other side was an actual wall between mine and the next unit. l. This place was secure. Easy check out! Thanks!

I am using this facility for a second time and I'm even more impressed than the previous contract period. The unit I have was very clean when I rented it and the grounds are kept up. I've never have had a problem and will continue to use again if needed.
