It was very easy to set up the rental and get into the unit. This is my second time of renting with them, the facility is always very clean. I appreciate there has always been a cart available to help move multiple items.

Great people who run this establishment, Affordable pricing, especially for the indoor climate control storages compared to others around town, Clean facility. The only thing I would request would be a restroom available for after the office is closed lol but this wouldnt affect my 5 start rating one bit. Would recommend this business to anyone

amazing complex, Andrea and Jeremy were helpfully and great. This has to be my favorite storage unit I have used. they are accommodating, polite and helpful. the facility was clean and easy to use with a very safe feel.

I've been renting a storage unit from here for almost a year and have no complaints. They gave me an intro rate of half off for 3 months. No contracts just pay on the first of the month. Also prepay options available up to 12 months. Easy to pay online. The staff are there to help not just man the desk. The hours are reasonable. They let me move into an different unit worh no hassle. Optimal security with your own unique pin. Pin can be more than 4 digits. That was a plus for me. Discounted rate if you have your own renters insurance. Overall a very good ppl place to securely store your items short or long term. Or like I do, use the storage as equipment storage for my landscaping business. Once to know that my equipment po ment is safe and that keeps my mind at peace. Keep up the good work.

We recently rented a storage unit from Matt at NW Storage on Silverton Rd, in Salem. We were unsure of what size we would need but with Matt's help we figured it out. Unfortunately the unit we required wasn't available so we went on a waiting list and shortly we got the unit we needed. Covered spaces for vehicles and trailers. Not a lot of spaces tho. Need code to get in and out. Didn't see and power close by the parking spaces which would be nice.

I love this place. I've been able to go in and out easily and had an easy time unloading and storing things into the perfect size I need. Matt Cramer was very helpful and went the extra mile to get me a good discount on my unit (he got me a rate that beats the competition)! I made a reservation online and 5 minutes later, I got a call from him stating he was ready to show me the unit. I had the leasing papers signed in a matter of minutes and he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. Matt made the terms very clear. The facility itself is brand new and their climate controlled units are excellent! They have moving carts available for use and the interior units have automatic lights. Thank you Matt C and NW storage for providing a solution that fits my needs.

Brand new storage units, super clean and very well lit! Manager went out of his way to walk us around to find the closest unit to the door for my legally blind father so we can load our stuff easily! Bonus - they provide carts to transfer your stuff!
