Very friendly, got me a great deal on the size I was looking for, this needed to be edited. So they ended up charging me way more afterbmy 2nd month, so was definitely no a great deal like I thought it was.

I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone needing storage - the office managers are fun to work with, they have gone above and beyond with anything I have needed; ESPECIALLY during these strange COVID times. Northwest self storage is a great place if you need a storage unit the onsite mangers ate nice the storage units are clean and dry the prices are decent. I would recommend them to anybody who is needing a storage unit.

Superior service, had banking issues and they worked with me thru getting a new card on file and assisting me getting in after office hours. Great place, nice people on site. Highly recommended for you storage needs.

It's priced decent compared to other places around town. They give a discounted price the first 3 months then it jumps up I found better deals at absolute storage and they have 24hr gate access very convenient

They really helped me out the day I was moving in when I was all signed up for one unit and realized later that I needed the bigger one. Comped me a few fees and got my first few months at a discount!

Easy storage

The staff are very friendly and available to answer any questions in a timely manner. The front office staff were fun to work with, he made sure I felt at ease at their location. This was my first time needing to rent a storage unit and I would definately use nw self storage again in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs to store anything. The staff are all professional and extremely nice people. I accidentally locked my unit the wrong way so it wasn't actually locked and they called me immediately to tell me it wasn't locked properly.

Easy in easy out

Extremely nice people. They even called and let me know that I didn't have things locked up properly. They go through and make sure everything is locked down. The office is closed from 2pm to 3pm for lunch.

Get place with good deals and was actually the cheapest place I found for my storage needs. Great customer service, Emily, was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me with everything and found the best cheapest unit that fit my needs. Would for sure recommend to anyone for short or long term storage. Oh and very secure ... With units available all over Salem and the surrounding area.

Great service! I called in to get my things moved out to move into my new home. They don't open until 9:00 am on Sundays. Due to other personal reasons I needed to get things moved at 7:00 am. The lady was so kind that she offered to go in at 7:00 to accommodate my schedule! I recommend this place! Great service and prices.

Very nicely kept grounds

Very Happy I bought a locker in the climate control room and was very pleased with my overall experience. The customer service was very good and clear. They provided me with all the paper work I filled out. Also, there are multiple codes to get into this room which made me feel much more comfortable with leaving my stuff there. It was a very simple process with no complications. Recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap storage place with good security.
