We recently relocated to Oregon and needed to store our belongings. We arrived on a Friday and needed to secure a storage unit by Monday when we would be meeting the moving company. After driving around and checking several places, we found out quickly there weren't any available units. Talk about panic!! One of the facilities gave us a list of the local storage facilities so I started calling and the first 8 were full. Finally, on the 9th call, Northwest Self Storage said they had 4 units available. We needed a 10x20 which they didn't have but they did have two 5x10 units. Thank God!! I was a little stressed when we walked in the door and Collette was extremely helpful and made the rental process go smoothly. We even got a 50% discount for renting 2 units! Very clean and secure storage facility.

Staff was super kind and funny. Provided quick response wen it came to availability. Security over property makes me feel a little at ease. The only downfall I'm going to throw out there is the prices kind of sucked. But hey what can you do when there's no availability anywhere. Im grateful i even got a unit.

I have both outdoor and indoor storage here. Met Jeff the second day and he was very professional, but also quite friendly. He's always helpful and really knows his business. Colette has been here for several months now and she, too is friendly and helpful and does her job well. The rates are good and the facilities are clean and well cared for. I plan on adding another indoor unit and won't bother to look anywhere else. This place and the management team are second to none. A++++++. !!! 🤙🐕

Jeff, the onsite Manager, is always friendly, helpful, and has GREAT customer service skills.... As a long time customer, I would highly recommend this particular storage facility.

Look nowhere else, you’ll be wasting your time. The customer service can’t be beat, prices are more than affordable and the units are very clean!! Their manager Jeff came by in the evening, at dark, during security patrol, and stopped to help us lift a piano into our UHaul as we were moving out! As if that weren’t enough, he lent us his personal rollers to take home to help unload it! What more could you ask for in a storage company!

Great communication, easy in and out, safety minded (coded gate), has lots of security cameras. Only down side is the high cost for RV slots.

Friendly helpful staff...clean storage units... easy to access and convenient

They are very helpful and friendly. If you have questions about their rates, bill or any other situation, they bend over backwards to help you or find the answers you need. My husband and I have been with them for about 2 years and there has been some cases where we couldn't make the month's rent and they worked with us and able to make it up with the next month's rent. They are fun to talk with and in June, we have to say goodbye to them as we are finishing moving out and bringing our belongings to Oklahoma where we had moved to. I want to say, that these two people are like family to us and we will be keeping in touch with them. Would I recommend them to friends moving to Oregon, You better believe it. I would rate them a 20, however, the rating scale don't go that high.

The staff is absolutely awesome. Doesn't get anymore friendly and helpful. I store 2 trailers and my son has a storage unit. Jeff patrols the grounds on a regular basis. With the cameras recently being upgraded security would be hard to beat.

In the 3 years I’ve rented here Jeff has been able to accommodate my storage needs from just keeping my car cleaned out to having all my household goods stored. Anytime I needed help from time after hours access hours, to jumpstart my dead battery he was there to lend a hand. The addition of Colette to the staff has been a positive change in customer service.

My company has been renting from this site for over 10 years. Jeff is an amazing person to work with and when there is a problem, he always steps up to help fix it. Collette has been great to work with as well. Making the transition to another state I will definately seek out Northwest Self Storage to house our large dental bus once again.

One of the few storage units I could find that had a large enough unit available AND would fit a commercial moving truck right next to the unit. Jeff and Colette have been extremely helpful during the entire process of moving my items in and getting set up on electronic monthly pay. There are cameras and Jeff lives on site so someone is always available and keeping an eye out. Super nice and friendly people! Highly recommend this place.

She gave me full service: explained the rule and expectations from me as the renter/occupant and the services offered, a tour of the location of my unit and the view of the unit. The responsibilities of paying of my rental fee was fully explained so there was not doubt in my mind about what is expected. I am very please with the information of the safety and security of the business and overall would recommend Northwest Self Storage to everyone I know who needs storage. In fact, I came to your storage because or a recommendation I received from new new husband who used your business when he and his late wife moved to town.

Great place to store stuff and hasn't caught fire yet! Not 5 star because cellphone screen broke on the right side after throwing it at rabid cougar at the bar.

Great staff, but not very well protected with video, high loss during the snow storm. And the rates are a little on the high side and they go up $20.00 higher after being there a year!

I have used this storage for 3 years to store my RV. The employees have been very nice and extremely helpful! I never worried about my rv in the secured perimeter outside!

Service is the best that I have received in a long time. The price for RV storage is a bit higher than what I have paid in the past at this and other facilities. It will be a safe place close to home for our trailer and that is worth the cost for a few months. I did receive a discount for the first three months, that was appreciated. All in all they deserve the 5 STARS.

This was my first major move (in my 60's) and first having to rent a storage unit. Ashley @ the Roseburg office has excellent p r in person as well as on the phone. She clearly defines explaining policies moving in and moving out without me having to keep asking questions. She is very professional but is friendly and lets you know she will work with you because things "happen". It has been my pleasure renting from Supreme Storage and I hope the staff is as outstanding as she is. Because of Ashley, I will always refer your business to other people.
