Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Seems like it has excellent security. There's an on-site domicile so I'm guessing there's someone on site 24/7 or nearly 24/7.

First time renting a storage space, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do online. In person, checking in, and Carla, at my location was professional, knowledgeable, and over and above helpful.

Fantastic experience! Just started moving items in and the storage is great and the staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful!

I called Northwest Self Storage looking for a very small unit and the gentleman was kind enough to refer me to their other facility as all the units were larger than I needed. I called the other location and the gal on the phone stated they would be closing soon. I told her my situation and she told me to come down. Tiffany was AMAZING and kind!!!

Office staff is terrific and willing to work with you if you have a late payment. They are always very understanding. And their affordable as well.

Cheapest prices I could find, easy to get set up, convenient online/automatic payment and the staff are quite friendly. Could use shorter codes for the gate, however, I sleep well knowing my stuff is secure :)

Terrific service, very professional, Fred the manager took incredible care of me. There was a question of whether my furniture would fit through the door and Fred offered to go get his tape measure and help me determine that. The manager, Fred Foster, was excellent in his help in finding a place for our belongings. His expertise and complete customer service knowledge made it very easy to set everything up. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great staff very reasonable pricing and in fenced

When choosing where to store your stuff, you must have realistic expectations. Basically, the business owners are never responsible for damage or loss from natural disasters. Northwest Storage has several locations. I have used two locations in Redmond, Oregon since 2017. Both are in a 100 year flood plain. You must also be aware of the pro-rated policy. If you rent the space in the middle of the month, your charge will be pro-rated. However, not the last month. If you use one day into the month, you are charged for the whole month. Your are also not allowed to dump your stuff. Be responsible and Northwest Storage will treat you right. Each manager is different. I always found mine were extremely helpful working with me on changes from another country over various media formats. My household belongings are safe, secure and personally insured. Be good to them; they are good to you.

They rent space to park trucks at the ends of the aisles, making it impossible to exit in a 26’ truck. When Fred came out to see what was going on, I asked him if he thought it was a good idea to park the trucks there. His response was, “They pay for that space.”, as he walked away. His attitude was not what I would have expected. Frankly, his response was rude. He was very polite and pleasant when I rented the unit. I guess that changes after you pay. Anyway, It was a nightmare backing out. I have only good things to say about the female staff. They are extremely helpful and cheerful. Much appreciated when I am paying $159 a month.

Fred is extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make our process as simple as possible. They are quick to return phone calls and extremely nice and professional.

I started to rent a unit on the website but then I called to see what was actually available. Pam was great to work with. She explained everything very well and held a 10x20 for me until I could get down there and look at it etc. The whole process was great and easy. Pam had other customers and phone calls and juggled it all very well. Also the sale they had going for the first three months was great!

I've been using this facility since I moved here in August of 2019. The establishment is very well kept and monitored. Any time I've needed assistance from the 2 staff members that I usually see attending to the office and property they've been extremely pleasant and friendly leaving me feel very welcome. Fred has been outstanding in helping me with the services provided and has gone above and beyond to help a customer and I would recommend this particular facility to anyone I come across in need of storage services no matter what their storage needs would be. Awesome job guys!!!

Although the first location I went to said it was open but the door was locked, I headed just down the street to their other location. I was in need of a storage unit as I will be moving within the next month. The manager of this location was nice, friendly, and made getting a unit very easy. There was no pressure in getting one right away and he was very helpful. The process was easy and fast. I never right reviews on anything so this should say something about their customer service.

A strong solid place to store stuff. Even taxidermy mounts get stored in the climate controll units like Harley Davidson due for winter.

I went to the Redmond location at 1401 6th Street, and the person that manages the units there, Bobbi; what is extremely helpful in explaining to me what units they had available, the prices and insurance that was available. When I asked if I could see a unit she promptly lock the office up and took me back into the units area to show me what she had available. She was extremely pleasant and courteous and I ended up renting a unit there.
