I rented a storage shed from Merike King at Northwest Self Storage. She's a wonderful and friendly person. The storage shed was clean and I had a wonderful experience.

I apprecated the managers in the prineville units, very polite and was always easy to work with. Units were always kept clean and had no damages. The alley ways inside and out was always free for easy access.

Highly recommend and great service

So far, my experience has been great. The check-in was easy online, the gate code assigned and explained. I met the managers of the property one time I was on the property who explained some of the details of the property. There was a single time I had to call for some reason. The person who answered was not on property, but was friendly and forwarded the call to the person I was trying to reach. After reaching my party, my question was addressed and satisfactorily resolved. Thanks, guys!

Very happy with nw storage pleasant people clean units they have always been super helpful to our group.

We stored our precious belongings for years and felt very secure about it. The storage units and facility were very clean and well cared for. The security was great, with the managers living on the property with their large dog and a gate requiring a code customized for each unit. The managers are very nice people and easy to get along with.

Love this place!!! Merike is freaking amazing love how kind and generous she is. She always does so much to make us all comfortable. Love paying my bill every month and seeing her sweet face. Totally recommend this storage unit to everyone I know.
