Savanna was amazing! We had to store our food truck with very short notice and Savanna was able to get us into a spot right away - she was a true life saver! EXCELLENT customer service, super easy move-in, and the facility is secure, safe, clean, and in great shape. I cannot recommend them more or rate them any higher! Thank you Northwest Self Storage!

This Storage Facility and their Agent James deserve 10 stars! I called very frustrated and annoyed after receiving very poor, rude customer service from a competitor. UHaul gave me information on units available at NW Self Storage. I started to reserve my unit online, had a quick question so called the facility DIRECTLY and James answered and willing to help. He answered my questions promptly and asked if he could finish my reservation for me!! He told me I was all set. This entire process took less then 10 minutes! Before ending our call, he informed me what type of lock I should get and that I should receive an email with my unit# and gate code. I have to say....I was previously at one of their competitors and mentally I had to GET OUT immediately. We had an emergency and the 1-800 staff were so rude I finally hung up. My husband called back because it had to be resolved, he also hung up because of the way he was treated. I then went to THREE of their local facilities and there was NO ONE in the offices. "Call the 1-800 for assistance" If you want the best personable, fast service, PLEASE PLEASE go to NW Self Storage. You can talk to a PERSON at a local number, nd at that particular establishment. Thank you Northwest self storage and thank you James!!

This storage is climate control.

Been renting here for few years, pretty simple and easy to get in and out. Staff is typically friendly but I've rarely have had to speak to them.

Loren the manager treats this business like it's his life's investment. Very nice to do business with him. Although price quote from home office (not here) wasn't clear to me . I'm ok because of Loren being an awesome manager.

Used this storage unit moving between homes. It has a moving truck you can use for free if you rent a storage unit as long as you reserve it and the onsite staff are friendly. The biggest and only downsides are the parking lot size which holds maybe 4 or 5 cars and how difficult it can be to pull in if your heading southbound on 201st.

Got in on a really great deal for the time I needed it for. For places like this, I would definitely look online first and grab their specials! The manager is nice and paperwork was done quickly. The storage units are extremely nice and clean, I also felt as though my stuff was very secure there! I would rent from them again if needed!
