I have been a customer of Northwest Storage For years and the customer service has always been above and beyond my expectations.

I am happy with my storage space but don’t appreciate early AM texts fishing for reviews.

I visited Northwest Self Storage the same day after booking a unit online. The space was as described and met my needs. 5/5

The lady is great very knowledgeable and helpfull

Megan was super warm and friendly. I can't say enough...I got first month for free and only had to pay small admin and insurance fee for the first month. I have dealt with NW storage in multiple locations and I have no complaints.Cheers to all!!

Easy going staff. Big units. Small pricing

I've been using NW Self Storage (specifically the SE 122nd Portland location) for over 10 years... and at times, I've had up to 5 storage units. They have been nothing short of awesome. I was with them prior to becoming part of the NW Self Storage network and they've continued to honor my previous pricing with small increases (to be expected) instead of jacking up the rates overnight. They are quick to respond to repair requests and the onsite staff have been great to deal with. I would continue to choose this company for storage needs.

I LOVE this location/company. Every person that works here goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I had never rented a space before and was expecting a huge shipment. I was VERY nervous to say the least about missing the truck, getting everything through the gate etc. I need have never worried - the lady working there called me at home the moment the truck came in and directed them to my unit I arrived. Access was easy and the whole experience was great. Simply amazing service and very friendly people. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Just rented a second unit due to my upcoming divorce. The process was smooth and easy, and they did their best to get the second unit close to the first so we can easily move my husband's belongings into a seperate unit. I greatly appreciate the manager's sympathy and the ease of the transaction. She gave thoughtful consideration that I didn't even think to ask for. Thank you! I've had my other unit for many months, and love the easy automatic payment process, and the availability to access my unit 365 days a year. I highly reccomend NW Self Storage.

Excellent location for this storage, Extremely clean and these are wonderful people to do business with. This place has very nice, clean storage units ranging in the size you need. Well maintained facility. Very well priced based on it's location.

This was our first heated day in months. I was meeting a guy here for a Craigslist ad item I thought to buy. I had my times mixed up and had to wait for over an hour. The manager came out to see if I needed help, and offered me a glass of water while waiting. A+ in my book.
